Hotels in Cangshan Scenic Area, Dali

I had enjoyed my stay at Dali Ancient Luchun Hotel extremely much due to the excellent service. They really weren’t lying about the Haidilao-style service.  Their front desk personnel manning the Wechat (慕雅) was extremely responsive and helpful when it came to my requests. The lobby staff were also very helpful in delivering stuff to my room and when I was carrying luggages, they ran forward and assisted me immediately.  The services at this hotel were also unique and special: warm milk delivery daily (so that you can sleep) and free pick-up to and from the Ancient City and also to the airport/railway.  Nearby (10 minutes walk) there is also street food that tastes amazing and is value for money.  Overall, I would recommend this stay to anyone who is looking for stellar service and helpful staff and I would definitely stay at this hotel again if I had the chance to visit Dali.  我非常喜欢入住大理麓椿花园酒店，他们提供的优质服务真的名不虚传，确实有海底捞式服务的水准。 前台负责微信客服的慕雅对我的各种需求都非常响应和耐心解答。大堂的工作人员也很热情周到，每次送东西到房间时都很及时，当我提着行李时，他们还会主动上前帮忙。 酒店的服务也非常独特和贴心：每天送热牛奶（助眠），还提供免费接送服务，不仅接送古城，还可以送到机场或高铁站。 附近也有步行十分钟可达的街头美食，味道很棒，性价比也很高。 总之，我会推荐这家酒店给任何想要体验优质服务和热心员工的客人。如果有机会再次来到大理，我一定会选择再次入住这家酒店！

Location is serene and peaceful, ideal for a relaxing getaway. You can easily take a car into the ancient city (＜10 mins) so distance is not a big deal. Room is clean and spacious, we liked the private hot spring to unwind in after a long day exploring Dali. The best experience here was the excellent service and assistance rendered by Judy. She went above and beyond her job scope to help us get in and around Dali, including arranging for transportation, booking of activities and restaurants, planning of itinerary etc. This was especially helpful as we are foreigners with no Chinese phone number, hence certain functions in various apps are restricted. Thank you Judy for making our holiday such a pleasant experience!

The hotel service attitude is very good, the staff always maintain a friendly smile, and every move is full of professional affinity. Moreover, the room is consistent with the picture, the decoration style is simple and elegant, I like it very much, the various facilities are beautifully arranged, clean and hygienic, and I feel at ease staying in this hotel next time.

The overall environment and location of the B&B are very good, and Xizhou Ancient Town is next to it. The B&B was opened this year, and the facilities in the room are also very new! The double mandarin duck room we stayed in is super good, with good lighting, large rooms, and quiet surroundings, which is very suitable for a short vacation! The breakfast made by the sister of the B&B is also very rich, and the wine and drinks made by the brother are also very delicious, highly recommended! ! If you have any needs, the owner will satisfy them in time, and the humanistic care is in place! Friends who like quietness must choose this one!

Facilities: The whole house is smart, the room is equipped with electric curtains, electric toilets, hair dryers, kettles and other electrical appliances are also branded, TV has a membership, most of the movies can be watched, the bed is also very comfortable! Hygiene: The room was very clean, and they provided disposable toilet seats and bath towels, which was very considerate. Environment: The overall style of the room is creamy, very nice and warm. The public area of ​​the homestay is also very good, very bright, with many flowers and plants. Geographically, the homestay is about one kilometer away from the ancient city, which makes it very convenient to go anywhere, and you can also order a lot of takeout. Service: Fruit, coffee and snacks were delivered as soon as we checked in. Both the boss and the staff were very enthusiastic and greeted us with a smile when we came back from going out. It is also worth mentioning that the homestay provides electric cars for free, which is very convenient for going out for fun every day. This time I stayed for three nights and there was a free pick-up service, which was really thoughtful. Overall, Yumeng is very cost-effective. You can feel that the boss is serious about running the B&B. I will choose Yumeng again when I come to Dali next time~

The B&B environment is very good. The observation deck on the top floor of the hotel directly sees Cangshan Mountain and Erhai Lake. The entire B&B is newly decorated, bright and simple. The service of the B&B owner is simply amazing, which can only be described as meticulous. The recommended mushroom soup hotpot is fresh and affordable. The recommended hand-pulled rice is delicious and beautiful. Most of them are the kind that locals often eat. If you don't have a good guide, just stay in this B&B. The owner will help you with everything.
