My stay at Hilton Garden Inn was a pleasant surprise overall! The hotel exterior is impressive, and the public areas are clean and tidy. The most practical feature was the self-service laundry room, equipped with multiple washer-dryer combos, which was incredibly convenient for washing clothes during a long trip. During my stay, there was also a traditional 'Jiama' woodblock print experience where I could personally try my hand at printing these auspicious and unique prints, which could even be framed as souvenirs. The lobby thoughtfully provided refreshing sweet soup to help unwind. The service was attentive and meticulous. It's suitable for both leisure and business travelers, offers great value for money, and I highly recommend staying here!

The room facilities are good and the room is clean. The room type was upgraded for free and breakfast was provided. The hotel is close to the highway and I will choose this hotel next time.

What I liked about the hotel: I chose it because it's an American brand hotel, and I figured their operating principles would be more standardized. The location is excellent; you can take bus 8 directly from the high-speed rail station and it drops you right at the entrance. We used public transport to visit several attractions in Xiaguan, which was a relaxed way to travel without the crowds. Getting to Dali Ancient City, climbing Cangshan Mountain, and seeing Erhai Lake by taxi was also very convenient. What I didn't like 👎: The no-smoking signs were scarce and not prominent enough; this needs improvement. For example, the signs were small, the message was unclear, and they were placed in inconspicuous locations. The ashtrays integrated into the trash cans by the elevators are misleading and implicitly suggest that smoking is allowed. Non-smokers always outnumber smokers, so I hope the hotel will enhance its brand quality and strictly enforce smoking control measures. Otherwise, it will continue to be criticized for hypocrisy. Personal tip: When taking a taxi, choosing a female driver can reduce the frequency of exposure to second-hand smoke.

The hotel design is stylish, the room size is ample, and the natural light is fantastic, making for a very comfortable stay. The breakfast selection was rich and tasty. The front desk staff were incredibly friendly and efficient with the check-in process. The best part is the location: it's only 2 km from the high-speed rail station, a few minutes' taxi ride away. The surrounding commercial facilities are very complete, making dining and shopping extremely convenient. The parking lot is also spacious, which is great for self-driving guests. 💡 Constructive Suggestions: 1. About shuttle service: Given its proximity to the high-speed rail station, adding a shuttle service would greatly enhance the guest experience! 2. Laundry room shortage: Currently, there are only 2 washing machines and 2 dryers. During peak season like summer vacation, this is definitely not enough, leading to long queues. I recommend expanding the capacity. 3. Understated signage: The exterior signage is not very noticeable. In contrast, the Hanting next door is visible at a glance. I suggest making the hotel's sign brighter and more prominent. ⚠️ Areas for Improvement: On the 6th floor, in the public guest area, some guests were smoking, and the smell was quite strong with no one intervening. I hope the hotel strengthens its non-smoking policy enforcement. Summary: The hotel has a very strong foundation. If the shuttle service and laundry queue issues are resolved, it would definitely be the top choice hotel near the high-speed rail station!

We stayed here for one night because of its convenient location near the train station, which is easy to reach on foot. The hotel is modern and has a laundry room/service, and a small gym. There is free fruit on the first floor, along with complimentary tea and coffee from a good coffee machine. It’s a great hotel if you’re looking for a comfortable stay close to the train or bus station. The room actually looked a bit better than in the photos, and the staff were very friendly. At checkout, we received a complimentary box of local treats, which was a nice surprise.

This hotel in Xiaguan Town really offers great value for money. It's a high-value hotel with spacious rooms and new facilities. The bed, in particular, is incredibly comfortable, meeting a quasi-five-star hotel standard. The smart assistant, Xiaodu, brings a lot of high-tech convenience, and the projector is excellent – clearly a lot of thought went into it. The in-ceiling speakers provide good sound too! Plus, it's only a 10-minute walk to Erhai Lake.

The hotel is very close to the Xingsheng Bridge and some rooms can see the Xingsheng Bridge. The front desk was warm and courteous, and the room should be upgraded, about two kilometers away from the Bohai Ecological Corridor. The room was clean and tidy, the facilities were complete, and the elevator was a bit dirty. (Attach a few beautiful views of the Bohai Sea)

The hotel is conveniently located about 200 meters from Dali's famous influencer bridge. There's a local fresh market right next to it, so you can grab a quick bite in the morning, and there are plenty of restaurants nearby for dinner. The rooms are comparable to a Home Inn or Super 8, maybe even a bit better. Just a heads up, one side of the hotel faces a building very closely, so the view might be obstructed. The only downside is the lack of a private parking lot; you'll need to use the paid parking at the nearby market. Otherwise, everything else is pretty good.

The hotel is right next to the bridge, but the sign isn't very prominent, so you might have to look for it. However, the hotel is very clean, the bed is comfortable, and it's very quiet. There are restaurants and shops nearby, and you can take a walk along the harbor after dinner, which offers great scenery.
