I came to Dali for a triathlon and stayed at the Hilton Garden Inn Erhai. My entire experience was incredibly heartwarming. The hotel's service was very thoughtful; they prepared a considerate welcome gift, which was a nice touch. Rest before the race is crucial, and the room was quiet and comfortable, allowing me to get good rest and recover my energy. The staff were kind and personable, and I felt cared for everywhere, which helped ease my pre-race anxiety. The surrounding area offers convenient access, and it's not far from the competition venue. After the race, I was physically and mentally exhausted, but returning to the hotel immediately made me feel relaxed. This stay was more than just accommodation; the warmth I felt was truly touching. I highly recommend it to fellow athletes participating in competitions. Five-star review!

This hotel is great; the rooms are spacious, clean, and bright. The breakfast is incredibly diverse and was the best I had during my stay in Dali. The laundry room is also excellent and convenient to use. The front desk staff are very helpful, attentive, and thorough, and the valet service for the parking garage was consistently on point—kudos to them. Plus, there's a bus stop right outside, which really helps with the difficulty of finding taxis in Dali.

We stayed here for our family summer vacation, and the river view room offered great value for money. The room was spacious, providing plenty of space for us. We had a beautiful view of the Xi'er River from our window, and the soundproof glass blocked out about 80% of the outside noise. The staff were very welcoming and helpful, and the room was clean and hygienic. Overall, it was a very pleasant experience. Since we drove, it was a huge plus that the hotel offered valet parking and reimbursed our parking fees. Highly recommend! ❤️❤️

I was extremely satisfied with this hotel, so I absolutely have to leave a positive review. About 10 days after checking out, once I got home, I realized I had left a dress in the hotel wardrobe and forgotten to take it. Panicked, I immediately contacted the customer service WeChat I had added earlier. To my surprise, they replied within an hour saying they had found the dress, and then within another hour, they sent it out to me via SF Express. From the photos, it looked like all the lost and found items were carefully bagged in plastic, with labels indicating the date and room number for proper storage. It really shows that the hotel's management process is top-notch and very well-organized. On another note, the coffee at the front desk was also really good, and we enjoyed several cups for free. The hotel breakfast was also delicious and left a lasting impression on me. It was definitely one of the best and most varied hotel breakfasts I've had on this Yunnan trip.

The room was quiet with good soundproofing, so I slept really well at night. The front desk staff were incredibly friendly, making the check-in experience fantastic ✨. What's most important is the unique decor, which is very photogenic and perfect for taking pictures! We also received a fresh fruit platter upon check-in, and there's free coffee in the lobby—these thoughtful details were really heartwarming. We even got a lovely farewell gift when checking out, which was a wonderful surprise! I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time I'm in Dali; I genuinely recommend it to everyone!

Arrived in Dali on a late flight, and this was our first hotel. It's about a 30-minute drive from Fengyi Airport, located on the main street next to Xingsheng Bridge, and very close to the Dali Prefecture Museum. There are plenty of restaurants just across the street from the hotel, so dining is convenient. The hotel facilities are a bit dated; the guest elevator was out of order the night we checked in, so we had to climb several flights of stairs to our room. The king-size room was spacious enough for two adults and one child, and the pillows and blankets were quite comfortable. The only downside was a slight smoky smell in the room. The breakfast rice noodles were delicious, and there were also buns, toast, and other items. Though not a huge selection, it was enough. The front desk service was efficient and friendly. The hotel offers bicycles for rent with a deposit, which was a nice touch, but unfortunately, it was raining, so we couldn't use them. Overall, it's still recommendable for a short stay.

The transportation is very convenient, the room is airy and spacious, and the bus stop is about 500m away on foot. Electric cars can be rented within a few steps. Most importantly there is an elevator.

Dali Qixiang Seaview Hotel is fantastic! The sea view is absolutely stunning, with floor-to-ceiling windows offering a gorgeous view of Erhai Lake. A park is right outside, and there are plenty of restaurants nearby. It's also close to the city center. The room was clean and tidy, and the bedding was comfortable. The service was warm and attentive, and the location is convenient, close to a food street and Xingsheng Bridge. Great value for money, highly recommended! They even gave a small toy as a welcome gift for the kids.
