The 270-degree sea view room was absolutely stunning! The kids loved the projector screen. The whole place was a warm white and very clean. The hotel staff helped us with our luggage, and there's an elevator, so no worries about having too many bags. The hotel's own restaurant is on the first floor, with two ladies cooking. The ingredients were fresh, and it was great that everything was made to order, not pre-cooked. The food tasted delicious, and the kids especially enjoyed it. We even stayed here again after coming back from Lijiang. The kids rated this hotel as the best part of the trip. We'll definitely be staying here again next time we're in Dali. Highly recommended!

Then, with just 10 minutes until my high-speed train departed, I suddenly got a call – I'd forgotten my laptop at the hotel! I was in a complete panic, but the front desk managed to get the laptop from the hotel to the high-speed train station and into my hands in just 6 minutes after I hung up. The speed was absolutely incredible. I literally stepped onto the train right as the doors were closing – not a second to spare! It felt like fate. Even though it was my own mistake forgetting something, this hotel truly went above and beyond by personally delivering my laptop. At that moment, all I could think was, 'It's too late!' But then, hope truly appeared. Oh my gosh, I can't thank this hotel enough. From now on, whenever I'm in Dali, this is the only place I'll stay, seriously. And the laptop is great, by the way!

The hotel room was clean and tidy, and it was a newly renovated top-floor room with a garden area. The laundry room was also a great place to stay. The receptionist was very kind. The internet cafe manager's service was excellent! I always play games here! They are very polite to every guest, the elevator is fast, the robot is well-behaved, and it's convenient to go anywhere!

All I can say about this guesthouse is that, aside from its location on the shore of Erhai Lake, it lacks all the amenities expected of a sea-view room. The bed is cramped, the bathroom door is only on one side, so you have to rely on a draft to shower, the electrical wiring outside can't be closed, the air conditioner unit is as loud as a rice milling machine, and the water heater is electric but the water isn't hot. If one person uses the same room, the second person might encounter cold water while showering, no matter how long they wait. The two rooms have different amenities, yet the price is based on the higher room rate! Overall, I'm quite dissatisfied.
