Less points: The level of service staff needs to be improved. I checked in at 12 o'clock in the night. There was a man on duty in the lobby who specially reminded me that drinks in the mini refrigerator were charged separately, but the refrigerator was actually empty. I asked the hotel if it provided a quick check-out without rounds. He avoided answering directly and said that the room type I booked did not include rounds. However, when I checked out, I was actually very fast. I checked out in two minutes. When I walked out of the lobby, the deposit was refunded. It can be seen that the staff is not familiar with their business, which is inconsistent with the positioning of the five-star hotel.
