Premier Inn Dartford

I have stayed in a lot of Premier Inns and this is the worst one ever. The air conditioning didn't work properly and there was no other form of ventilation in the room, so the room was far too stuffy. The rooms were very tired and in need of a refurbishment. The bathroom smelt disgusting of old cabbage water, the drainage obviously isn't adequate, room 353. The restaurant food was passable, small portions of plastic prepared food. The breakfast was ok, however there was something always missing, either there were no eggs, then when there were eggs there was no black pudding etc...

Left us a welcome pack containing some wine, a cocktail and a few chocolates. We were half way through a drive home from Paris, so it was a really nice touch that we weren't expecting. Breakfast was really nice as is always the case at a Premier Inn.

We have stayed at many premier inns and this one several times. Dispite this not being the closest to where we needed to be, we booked this one as it had aircon and tried out the new premium rooms. Pros - lovely staff - loved the fridge in the room - loved the upgraded tea tray - esp the chocolate! - loved the upgraded bathroom and products Cons - the aircon…it was non existent and made for a terrible nights sleep. We asked for the air to be put on cold as soon as we arrived - I hate that it can’t be controlled personally in the room. Needless to say, the air was on but did nothing to cooling the room. We then asked for a fan which was brought to the room but this just moved the hot air around, was very noisy and meant we just didn’t sleep well. - not a huge matter for us but tv didn’t work - no signal. The staff were lovely and apologetic. Would only stay again if the aircon works. Not being able to open and window it’s a must for us.

Just back from a 2 night stay reception staff were really helpful our room was great large with a very comfy bed bathroom large and clean white fluffy towels breakfast was good all you need to start the day thank you for a lovely stay will stay again ♥️♥️

The reception staff were really friendly and helpful when we checked in. The hotel is clean and the beds are comfortable, as is the norm with a Premier Inn. Great location close to the Dartford Crossing. We didn’t use the adjoining Beefeater as we were going to a party so can’t comment on the food.

Fantastic staff dealing with poor rooms where maintenance clearly not carried out. No ventilation in bathroom and no operating tv

Very comfortable bed for a Good nights sleep. Friendly staff very helpful. Large room with bathroom. Black out blinds. Lovely decore & a kettle.

Night at the hotel was splendid!!!!!!!!Top-notch service, cozy rooms, and prime location. Highly recommend! The room was very clean, helpful and friendly staff at the reception and in the hk. I will definitely come back again!!!!!!!!!!
