Our whole family booked two rooms together, which happened to be arranged in the same independent courtyard. When we closed the courtyard door, we felt like we were at home, private and convenient. The housekeeper not only carefully answered various questions during the stay, but also provided many suggestions for tourist attractions, which was very thoughtful. The quality of the in-room dining dishes is also good, and the butler reserves a seat for breakfast in advance. This year, I chose Datong to celebrate the Spring Festival. I chose Hualu Hotel completely blindly. I read a lot of reviews and finally chose Hualu. It can be said that everything from hardware to service exceeded my expectations. It is above the four-star level. The lobby, corridors and rooms are all exquisitely designed and decorated. There is also a fragrance system, which is fresh and elegant. During the Spring Festival, the door of the room was also pasted with the word ”Fu” and the window was pasted with window paper-cuts. Because there are two adults and two children, we booked two rooms. The hotel thoughtfully arranged a connecting room with a large bed and a standard room. The family actually lived together without affecting each other, which was still very comfortable. There are not many varieties of breakfast, but they are all very delicate, and the ingredients and taste are very good. On New Year's Eve, the hotel also sent dumplings. For people in Northeast China, it is very important to eat dumplings to welcome the God of Wealth before the bell rings at midnight. It is a custom engraved in the bones. I think I didn't miss the dumplings on the night of the 30th in the UK, so I am very grateful for the hotel's thoughtful arrangement.

The stay experience exceeded expectations! The front desk service was efficient and enthusiastic, the room was clean and odorless, and the bedding was skin-friendly and comfortable. The soundproofing was good. The shower had plenty of water pressure. The breakfast was rich in variety, and the freshly cooked noodles were warm. The location was convenient, and it was a 5-minute walk from the bus stop. Very cost-effective, a must-choose next time!”
