Despite contacting the front desk, nothing changed. I don't quite understand the hotel's positioning – they claim to be a secluded, '人间桃花源' (a tranquil haven), emphasizing peace and quiet. Yet, it turned out to be the noisiest five-star hotel I've ever stayed in. Imagine wanting to sleep in after a hot spring bath the day before – it would be incredibly frustrating. 3. The hotel's location is very remote. It's almost impossible to get a taxi from the hotel, so guests should plan their transportation carefully. In summary: I won't be returning. The experience was very disappointing. The only reason for the given score is the excellent service from the staff and the nearby hot spring experience. Of course, the hot spring isn't included in the hotel stay and requires a separate ticket purchase.
