Contacted through WeChat the next morning, no one answered; Instead, I dialed the hotel phone through Trip.com , and the other front desk answered the phone, and the attitude was cold and hard like ice. I explained the situation, but she insisted that ”stay for more than 8 hours, the room rate will not be refunded.” Under my repeated requests, she reluctantly said ”go to ask the supervisor”, and the phone was completely unable to connect. It was not until 10:30 in the morning that she contacted her again after three or four calls. The attitude is still bad, and the solution given is even more absurd: ”You WeChat transfer me for 7 hours (about 350 yuan), and I will refund your room fee from Trip.com .” There has been no news since then, it is really speechless.
