The pool water was murky and dirty, I could see hair floating in the water. The WiFi would not connect and when I called down to the front desk the man I spoke with could’ve cared less. When you have a child with extra needs having WiFi is crucial. Also, the beds are incredibly uncomfortable.

Was expecting a little nicer for the price. Only one dining chair and the table was very flimsy, stains on arm chair in living space. Temperature situation was weird, alternating between heat and AC. Breakfast was disappointing- rubbery dry sausage & omelettes, no milk for cereal etc. The rooms are large and was nice for a little spring break pool fun for the kids.

Love this hotel- staff was very accommodating. I chose an accessible room and it fit my needs well. Everything was pretty close by. Room was spacious and clean.

My tv didn’t work and my pullout bed had springs sticking up so bad they left marks in my body when I woke up

We had a great stay. The hotel and our room were very clean. All staff that we encountered were very nice and professional. We would definitely stay here again when in the area.

Overall stay was good. Room could have been cleaner. There were crumbs on the carpet and some sticky areas as well. Iron did not work properly.

Their breakfast was delicious. It’s free and it’s not just a Continental breakfast, but a full buffet. The room was extremely clean and they were okay with my 75 lb black lab.
