賓館位置在京哈高速通東北方向。下高速路大約不到一公里就能看見。本來是定另一家評分高的賓館。下高速不想再走了。正好看見這家就住下了。沒想到賓館評分低。但是環境，衞生，早餐，超過很多評分高的賓館。前台服務也不是評論説的那麼不堪。可能整改了吧。前台有一個戴眼鏡的女孩笑眯眯的服務態度很好。還有一個男孩很耐心告訴我周邊吃飯的地方。賓館還贈送兩張洗浴門票。浴池太香了。男女池都有泡澡的浴池。聽老公説男池一個五十多歲的搓澡師傅搓澡搓的特別好。很認真。住賓館這個價位還贈洗浴。還有早餐。還要什麼自行車啊。總之是物有所值。

1、服務態度熱情有禮。前台小姐姐温柔有親和力，從辦理入住到退房都微笑服務，退房還送了瓶水。
2、酒店位置優越便利。離西站很近，打車8分鐘就能到。
3、努力解決客户需求。着急趕車，店長和前台小姐姐幫我打電話叫車，解決交通問題；早餐會有專人定時送到房間，節約時間成本；前台幫忙打印材料，材料多且雜，全程耐心禮貌，時間長會跟客户講不好意思久等了。
4、房間寬敞設施完善。房間床品乾淨整潔，窗户大且明亮，晚上基本安靜，衞生間鏡子很大，雙重門鎖保障安全。
整體的感覺就像五月的德惠一樣，温暖愜意，如沐春風！
