HHolcombeA friend recommended this hotel. It was much nicer than I expected. I would say it was more suited to families or couples. As a solo traveler it was a little more than I needed, but I would definitely stay again, as everything there was great.

GGuest UserI stayed at the hotel while waiting for my next flight, and it was in a very convenient location and easy to access. The room was clean and comfortable and the breakfast in the morning (which was included) made the stay great value for money!

GGuest UserThe hotel was beautiful and the employees were very accommodating. Me and my fiance stayed there a week and we loved it. The room service was prompt and the food was excellent! I'd definitely stay there again.

FFajriThere are several problems:
1 The room is on the 4th floor, there is no elevator, the staff is also not helpful. Only suggestion is to leave your luggage in the lobby
2 The room is hot, the lobby is colder than the room so it's stuffy
3 It's really just a bedroom

GGuest UserWe stayed at The Crew hotel for one night before heading to the airport. A shuttle in the morning as well as breakfast in the morning served from 6 am was included which was very convenient.
The staff at the check in wasn't very friendly and seemed to be annoyed with the questions we had. Moreover, make sure to have 1000 IDR in cash since it is the deposit.
Overall the room was really dark and could have been a bit cleaner. However, just staying for a night close to the airport and with the shuttle and breakfast it was a good choice and can be recommended for that purpose.

GGuest UserPerfect for a short stay over! The room’s small but there’s space underneath to put your bags. It was very clean, the bed super comfortable, bathroom/shower good and the A/C added so much comfort. A bonus: we could use our Netflix here! The taxi service to the airport worked well and was easy to book (50 000 IDR for 2 people). Just the breakfast was so-so; coffee and tea great, but only toast + a choice of old butter / chocolate sprinkles / green matcha spread to put on. If that’s not your thing, better plan for a better breakfast!
