"A friend recommended this hotel. It was much nicer than I expected. I would say it was more suited to families or couples. As a solo traveler it was a little more than I needed, but I would definitely stay again, as everything there was great."

"I stayed at The Crew Hotel near Kualanamu International Airport for a short getaway, not just for transit. The hotel exceeded my expectations for a stay near the airport. The room was clean, comfortable, and quiet—perfect for rest. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay. I also appreciated the facilities like the on-site restaurant and the convenience store nearby. Although it's close to the airport, it’s also a great base for exploring the surrounding area. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a peaceful and affordable stay."

"Big room with very comfortable beds. There isn't much to do nearby without travelling far but the hotel does have a pool on-site. There are free shuttles to the airport, every two hours, and hence is a convenient spot to stay if you have flights."

AAnonymous UserIf you have an early flight and need a place to rest nearby, I really recommend this hotel! It’s located on Level 2 inside the airport, which is super convenient. The room was clean and very comfortable, and the amenities were great. Breakfast was really good too, lots of options to choose from. The staff were super friendly and helpful, they helped carry our bags and were always there when we needed something. Overall, everything was great. If I visit Medan again, I’ll definitely stay here!

GGuest UserPerfect for a short stay over! The room’s small but there’s space underneath to put your bags. It was very clean, the bed super comfortable, bathroom/shower good and the A/C added so much comfort. A bonus: we could use our Netflix here! The taxi service to the airport worked well and was easy to book (50 000 IDR for 2 people). Just the breakfast was so-so; coffee and tea great, but only toast + a choice of old butter / chocolate sprinkles / green matcha spread to put on. If that’s not your thing, better plan for a better breakfast!

GGuest UserNot far from the airport, there is a shuttle from/to the airport. There is a currency exchange and a small supermarket nearby. Breakfasts are not varied, but sufficient to fill you up. The only downside is the distance from the city (it is difficult to call a taxi).

The staff were very friendly and helpful during check-in and check-out, making the stay smooth and comfortable. Facilities were also excellent for the price. Another plus point is the free drop to the airport, which makes it even more convenient for travelers. Overall I had a pleasant experience staying here. Highly recommended for short or transit stays in Medan.

II am LinThis is the first time I stayed at a dormy in Medan. So clean,tidy n huge space for capsules too. Near the airport and easily get picked up anytime with a very reasonable price.
So u can enjoy your rest without worry of time arrival and of course it was very light to your pocket too hihihi.
Then last for not least, the hostel prepares free simple breakfast 🍳. I amezed .
