"Fantastic location right in the centre of Devizes. On entrance no offer to carry bags upstairs and no lift available. Room was quirky with great character but the great view the receptionist commented on at check in was directly into room 14!!!! Not quite what we were expecting so curtains remained closed all weekend. We did not eat here as all a bit pricey and poncy. Fab restaurants in and around the square. Room was comfortable enough and shower was lovely even if the controls were at the other end of the shower and you got wet just turning it on. Suited our needs for 2 nights just a shame no room service for food when classed as a hotel. "
