Lovely hotel and staff. The front desk staff 唐笑笑 is friendly and make our stay comfortable.

The booking included 1 breakfast despite booking for 4 adults and two children. I’ve stayed in so many hotels and never had this issue. The hotel resolved it and did not charge us for extra breakfasts. They also included extra beds for free for the kids. The food choice was not up to that standard of the other major cities and the dining experience definitely was not 5 star. The ambiance and service however was 5 star and the staff was helpful and attentive. The outdoor swimming pool is excellent although the water was pretty dirty. Over all a great stay and would recommend

The hotel is beautiful and clean. There are so many beautiful spots to take pictures around the hotel. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The breakfast and dinner is good, I didn’t have lunch at the hotel. I enjoyed my stay at Royal garden hotel and I’ll definitely book again. 10/10

以前在別的城市住過這家連鎖酒店，體驗還不錯，所以看到松山湖也有這家酒店時就訂了。酒店房間整潔舒適。刷卡上樓，比較安全。馬路對麪就是食街，不過中午大部分是不開的，主要作晚飯和夜宵，好在有**，酒店有機器人服務，直接送到房間。酒店離松山湖比較近，聽說騎行松山湖衹有波浪山莊的入口處有電動車租，所以這個位置去那行程很短。前台的服務冰火兩重天，前一天辦理入住的藍衣服女生非常熱情，有問必答。第二天早上因為房間要延長入住到前台續時，遇到一個白衣服短髮女生。我到前台時她剛好準備離開前台，我跟她說您好，她聽見了也看到我，但是眼睛就像衹看到空氣一樣，直接無視，走了。我在前台站了一會因為前台無人，我便拐到進電梯的通道想看下工作房有沒工作人員。結果我看到了這個女生還在那等電梯，她扭過頭看到了我，這次她終於先開口跟我說讓我等一下。再一次證明剛才在前台她是聽見了我的問好直接無視。然後我就在通道處等，她弄完她的事情后直接從我身邊走了過去拐進前台。對，直接挨着我走了過去，正常的前台應該主動問客人有什麼幫忙的吧，畢竟客人在等她。但她就是直接一聲不吭。等我自己發現前台有人自己走過去找她。辦理全程麪無表情，就像人家欠她錢一樣。拜託，我知道很多酒店都有免費延時退房，我願意交費延時還好像我欠她什麼。總之這種臭臉的人就不應該放在前台，讓客人體驗極差。

It's very close to Songhu Yanyu to take a walk at night. It's convenient to eat, drink and play in Vanke Life Plaza. It's worth recommending👍🏿
