The room is clean and big enough. Half of the walls in the room I live in are large floor-to-ceiling windows. You can see the city environment outside. It looks very nice when the city lights are on at night. The bedding is also very good. I am very satisfied, especially The waiters at the front desk are very professional, and everyone has a good attitude. There are also the lobby manager and other staff, who will help you push your luggage. Someone will take you to the elevator. The front desk even helped me upgrade the room, which is very heartwarming. On the first floor, I saw a custom-made transparent acrylic box at the door of each room in the corridor, small wooden ornaments similar to agarwood, with an artistic atmosphere, I like it very much. The quality of the various toiletries in the room is also quite good, and it smells very good, especially the rich and diverse breakfast, good quality, and good environment. I just have a little comment. When we checked in yesterday afternoon, because my husband likes to make tea, a friend came to talk about things. There was not enough water in the room. I called the front desk and asked for 4 bottles. After 3 minutes, the room attendant Water was delivered, but when I opened the door, it didn't make me feel the politeness that big hotels still have. Instead, they looked at me with cold eyes and didn't say a word. I was frightened, so I told her quickly, Excuse me, we need tea, we don't have enough water, thank you. She replied blankly, you're welcome, turned around and left. I was wondering if she was too busy, and asking her to deliver water affected her to make the room. Then, can the hotel consider configuring robots to deliver some small items, so that the guests' experience will be better, and the room attendants will not be disappointed. Glad, many mid-sized hotels are now almost serviced by robots. Keep pace with the times!

Hotel was very nice. Buffet dinner was very good. Easy and quick to check in. Rooms were clean and very spacious, though it had a big balcony with no furniture on it. Outdoor and indoor pool were nice. Large and good space for adults and children. Also a very cool outdoor picnic area to sit and relax and playground for kids. One of the best value for hotel we’ve stayed in.

The booking included 1 breakfast despite booking for 4 adults and two children. I’ve stayed in so many hotels and never had this issue. The hotel resolved it and did not charge us for extra breakfasts. They also included extra beds for free for the kids. The food choice was not up to that standard of the other major cities and the dining experience definitely was not 5 star. The ambiance and service however was 5 star and the staff was helpful and attentive. The outdoor swimming pool is excellent although the water was pretty dirty. Over all a great stay and would recommend

The hotel is awesome, very big and with so many options. The hot spring facilities are one of the best we’ve seen in China. Endless pools to choose and surrounded by nature everywhere. Astonishing view of the lake and mountains. This is a perfect place for disconnecting and enjoying nature while being in the city. Lots of dining options too with great quality and reasonable price. The Kande International Hotel is one of my favorite hotels in Dongguan. The hotel is located by a metro station. It had several shopping malls and restaurants located around it. The hotel staff is very welcoming. The room is spacious and well equipped with many things. The room is very clean and the smell of fresh aroma from their decorations. They offer lots of items for you to feel relaxed and right at home. The restaurants are delicious. Always happy to stay in the Kande International Hotel. Thank you again. See you next time.

Most of the experience was good in terms of rooms facilities and cleanliness etc. But service was the food is big question. There was no menu in the room. English speak staff was a big challenge. I ordered food twice. In the afternoon time the food served was not warm enough. The Spaghetti Bolognaise the sauce wasn't confident and the meat mince was very tough. The Malaysian curry rice was nice. The Fruit platter was also okay...though the selection of fruits was very limited. The dinner time, was even worse, they did not serve my ordered dish, they could not cancel the order, the replacement they gave to us was not cooked properly did not taste good. Both the soup were okay. moreover the communication with the hotel staff wasn't comfortable. if they did not have a particular dish they should have removed it from the digital menu and if not should have been able to cancel the order. The alternative to the dish was very ordinary. In total I spent over RMB 546 on food. I think it wasn't worth the money spent. So, Good location, cleanliness and facilities ..but service and quality of food...not good...so, a lot of improvement can be done.

After a working day, I arrived at this hotel, the service was very attentive, caring from check-in to check-out, very professional staff work at the reception. The room was clean, comfortable, free of odors and noises. But I want to pay special attention to the bed, the bed, pillows and blanket were so soft and pleasant as a cloud that I quickly fell asleep and slept like a child. The breakfast was very good, I really enjoyed a lot of different food options . Then to cheer up, I went for a swim in the pool, outdoors with stunning views of the garden, and then to warm up I went to the hot springs, it was bliss, amazing and soothing atmosphere. It was an unforgettable experience to relax body and soul. I will certainly come many more times. Highly recommend this hotel.

Great location, balcony with nice view, room conditions are ok, bathtub in the room is a plus. Few problems we had though. Personal of the pool area didn't allow us to use outside pool because of rain. But Chinese people started to swimming there under the rain and nobody tried to stop them. When I asked, what's going on, why Chinese can, but we, foreigners, cannot, they said,” okok, you can go as well”. So, looks like some kind of discrimination. And another bad thing, we saw the cockroach in restaurant was running on the table.

The first ray of sunshine in the morning made me wake up as scheduled, and I was unconsciously busy all morning; I thought it was a hard trip again, but after lunch, the sky was raining. Shuangshuang said: Dongguan company will have a holiday on rainy days. At first I didn't believe it, but the meeting ended early so that I could spend an afternoon at the lake, facing the drizzle and the smell of cleanliness; The rain stopped in the evening, and the sunset was not far away.
