Booked three rooms for New Year’s family reunion. Two of the room adjoining, third room across the hall from the two adjoining rooms. Hotel centrally located in the town center, easily accessible to shopping, restaurants and transportation. Breakfast was adequate with mostly Chinese cuisine.

It is close to public park but there is not much thing over there. They have a good food but it is quickly runout because they have many customers, so you have to eat breakfast early. Inside the room is ok, it is not perfect but enough to stay for business trip. Unfortunately there is no body lotion to serve customer even winter time like today.

Went to watch the game of the women's basketball team. After looking at the surroundings with my friends, we decided to book a Hampton by Hilton. We got up early in the morning and had breakfast. It was great. Both Chinese and Western styles were available. The quality was also very good. The eggs were great. Service: The room service is also very good~ The ladies and brothers are very polite~ Any questions and inquiries can be dealt with immediately and in a timely manner~ I will still choose Hampton by Hilton next time~

The hardware is of good quality and the environment is new. However, the issue lies with the receptionist who lacks experience and is unaware of the hotel's offerings. When I requested a baby bed, the receptionist informed me that the hotel does not provide one, but it turned out that the room already had a baby bed. Additionally, I clearly indicated that I needed a non-smoking room, and the hotel confirmed via email that they had arranged one for us. Unfortunately, upon check-in, the room was in the smoking level (level 12) , which was quite disappointing. Despite the hotel having a considerable number of designated non-smoking areas, the staff failed to inquire about guests' smoking preferences. Consequently, many people were smoking in the non-smoking areas. While the hotel's hardware and facilities are impressive and new, the staff's lack of training and professionalism is evident. But the location is nearby the train station .

Hotel is the newest and nicest in Changping town, staffs are well trained but not the super friendly type, hotel amenities are just okay given the small gym with limited equipments. Hotel breakfast is not good, not worth the breakfast package. Best thing about this hotel is the cleanliness is top notch, there’s a laundry room located at 4th floor with wash and dry machine (payment via wechat pay), overall a 7/10.

The Kande International Hotel is one of my favorite hotels in Dongguan. The hotel is located by a metro station. It had several shopping malls and restaurants located around it. The hotel staff is very welcoming. The room is spacious and well equipped with many things. The room is very clean and the smell of fresh aroma from their decorations. They offer lots of items for you to feel relaxed and right at home. The restaurants are delicious. Always happy to stay in the Kande International Hotel. Thank you again. See you next time.

First impression was very spacious room, quiet, and clean. Lobby staff from bell to manager are all courteous, and genuine. I realized the rotary restaurant on the top floor but didnt get a chance to visit. Abundance of in-room amenities, very nice 慕思 mattress. Will definite come back to HJ Intl next time.
