離海近，但是晚上海邊很鬧，房間隔音不好，床也很硬，海邊的房子差不多都這樣。不過國慶節這個價格比較便宜。

親子游東興，入住京島酒店很方便，因為不是週末，人不算多，酒店離海邊很近，有很大的停車場很方便，出門就是海，孩子玩得很嗨！環境還行，就是酒店設施有些陳舊，不過服務還不錯，很舒服的一次旅遊

酒店有點老，優勢是格局大氣，院子、大堂和房間都算寬敞，位置也不錯，後門直通海邊。劣勢是空調系統顯得不那麼給力，床頭沒有充電插座。酒店服務還是令人滿意的。我剛進房間室內温度計顯示35度，空調降温很慢，我外出時告知了前台，工作人員馬上吩咐樓層服務員幫助插上電卡，以便我們不在房間空調也可不間斷工作。果然兩小時玩完回到房間後温度降到30度，感覺好多了。晚上睡覺時室內温度維持在26～27度，睡覺很事宜。酒店早餐簡單、可口，皮蛋瘦肉粥和糖餅很贊。

雖然離海灘很近，但是條件真的很差，再也不會去，衞生差，設施陳舊，到處都是雜草，感覺很陰森，房間裏茶杯都是發了黴的，房間裏很大一股黴味，衞生間洗澡那下水道堵塞，洗完了腳下的水還可以泡腳，最後悔的就是住這裏，還花了277，外面民宿1百多一大把，訂房還是先看房，看了之後再確定住不住。

位置好，環境好，房型好，服務好，衞生好，停車場好，就算酒店滿房也不用擔心停車。美中不足就是內部設施比如花灑、龍頭、燈具等等年歲有點高，期待更新。

可能疫情原因，應該很久沒有客人住了，設施陳舊，破舊破落的感覺，廁所不乾淨，洗澡水很小。最大的好處就是離沙灘近，相對便宜，方便停車。

離海邊近，沙灘比較乾淨，超大停車場 ，適合自駕，唯一不足就是設備陳舊，大概是因為離海太近了，設備長期被海潮濕氣腐蝕。

島上為數不多的酒店。優點停車方便，離海邊走路2分鐘的距離。缺點房型太老，設施設備陳舊，不是節假日恐怕都沒人住。價格便宜。重新翻新下就好了
