"First of all, I was charged more than 13 Euros for City Tax, somehow.
Secondly, more than 130 euros were deducted in the middle of the night. I had already paid a 50 euro deposit before, and then deducted the deposit. I once suspected that the credit card was stolen.
In the end, obviously brought breakfast, the hotel insisted that there was no breakfast, so the breakfast was not eaten, it was very unpleasant"

"Good location at Dortmund main station with underground parking (Alte Post) and not far from the city center. Good breakfast. All in all a good hotel if you need to go to the station or the city center."
"Breakfast is very good. The chef orders it now: omelet, shredded cheese, vegetables, mushrooms, etc. It's great. Other kinds of bread, fresh juice coffee tea. Meat has sausages, bacon. Peach apple, cantaloupe, pineapple and other fruits, a kind of Danone fruit yoghurt. All in all, including early value"

"When I went there happened to be an exhibition, the location was very good, very close to the subway and the city center, the room was obviously just renovated, the smell is a bit, so the window is open during the day, I think I will stay again next time . In short, the city is very small, and this hotel is cost-effective."
"Function as city hotel, clean, beds ok, shower small but ok, bed linen and towels white and clean, breakfast too good, unfortunately the chair is out of operation and it is tiring to rise 2 floors stairs."
"The location of the hotel is very good, the hall is also very atmospheric, and the rooms are also very good. The facilities are complete, the decoration is warm and unique, and the service is also in place

"First of all
Enter Märkische Str. 73, 44141 Dortmund into the sat nav and not the address Landgrafenstrase 1. You will find the hotel better that way.
The hotel has parking spaces in front of the hotel and in the parking garage which is shared with the Rewe. In other words, the Rewe is right next to the hotel.
The rooms are quite small, and the TV is small too, but I'm not on vacation watching TV, so the room has enough power sockets and is clean.
The breakfast buffet is manageable but there is something for everyone and offers enough choice so there should be something for everyone.
It would be nice to have a machine for fresh orange juice as it is almost everywhere.
The reception is open 24/7 and the staff are very friendly.
Unfortunately, the shoe shine machine has been removed.
The subway is a 5-minute walk from the hotel and you can get to the city center without having to change.
The hotel is in a quiet location and you can get to the city center in 11 minutes by subway."

"Overall, the service staff is still very enthusiastic, but there will always be a general accommodation feeling, next time I will basically not consider living here. The price is also very poor, breakfast and dinner are very expensive.
1) First of all, the room facilities are very simple, old, the furniture is very simple, the shower conditions are very poor, the room is small, and the living is very depressed.
2) The hotel has no elevator, very old stairs, two large boxes are moving, I suspect life. The carpet is dirty, and the corridor needs to be manually turned on the lights. I feel very backward.
3) The location is also very remote, in a bunch of residential areas, I need to walk out to find supermarket restaurants
4) Poor price/performance ratio. A breakfast 19.5 euros, dinner 4 of us spent 193 euros, the key is that this hotel is located in a small town, it should not be so expensive.
The place worthy of praise is the enthusiasm of customer service, especially the little girl. The decoration of the restaurant is very distinctive, the decoration of the wooden structure, the lighting matching, the flowers are embellished, and the Lanhof Hotel at night is very popular."

Amazing
RRob KruijerPerfect location to visit the Christmas Market. Online check in possibility is convenient but only if the machine to give out the key card works properly. We had to go to the receptionist after errors on the screen so it did not save us time. There was no water cooker in the room but this was solved by the reception. Be careful though when pouring it tends to leak heavily and I got boiling water on my leg. In the room above us were children running around and screaming which made the experience less enjoyable but this is not something the hotel can be held responsible for and is lack of supervision by the parents.
GGuest UserThe hotel is in a good location, about 10-12 minutes walk from the central train station, very close to the subway station, 2-3 minutes walk, just on the edge of the old town, you can walk across the road to the old town. The room layout is very reasonable, the breakfast is also very good. The service staff has a good attitude.
GGuest UserEnvironment: Very close to the shopping mall, very convenient to buy some daily necessities. The environment is also very clean, and the breakfast is quite rich!
PPaoyinteThe hotel is in a good location. It takes about 5 minutes to walk across the road from Dortmund Main Station. It is like a pedestrian street along the way, with many businesses and restaurants! The hotel is relatively clean, but the room facilities are too few! It only provides hand soap and shampoo and shower supplies, and basically nothing else! The biggest problem is that there is something wrong with the hotel. Turning on the cool breeze in summer has little effect. Fortunately, the windows can be opened and it is cooler. The bed is a bit too soft at night! The European Cup costs 2,000➕ per night, which is too expensive!
AAlexeyIt's so strange place) Good location, good room, but uncomfortable atmosphere. When we lifted up to our floor, strange girl is laying on the hall sofa. Hotel was almost empty, but the cleaning personal knocked to our door in the morning at 9 am, and told that we need going out from the room, although check-out at 11 am. At night, the porter turned off the lights in the hotel lobby and left, but the doors were open and anyone from the street could enter the hotel. It's not safe.
DDsuke24The location is quite good, within a 10-minute walk from Dortmund Station and the Christmas market.
Unlike other A&O hotels, towels are charged and there is no guest kitchen.
The common space is spacious and there is also a kids' space, which is commendable.
There are many cheap and easy-to-eat restaurants nearby, including kebabs, so you will not have any trouble finding food.
They will also look after your luggage before check-in and after check-out.
The staff are not very friendly, but this is not a particular issue.
GGuest UserWhile checking out this morning the manager at the hotel said the credit card Trip.com provided kept getting declined, so we were forced to pay twice. While I understand there was an issue with the trip.com payment, this should be handled by the hotel and the booking service. Or they should have alerted me earlier during my stay and not while I was about to check out with a travel connection that was close to being missed. Instead of public transport I had to spend 25 euro on a taxi to get to the train station.
