"We spent 2 days in the hotel for Birthday and soon to be mum. The hotel is nice and clean. The room is big (bit outdated though) and clean, with all amenities and very accessible. (No sound on tv) The staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was delicious and various. Dinner was fine. Only thing is that reception never told us that we should book a table at the main restaurant, and it was fully booked so we ended up having dinner at the bar downstairs. It was fine and it is pubs food, not what we wanted. The Spa is very nice, I had a massage, it was amazing, haven't felt like this for a long time. Overall, we had a nice stay, but better to come on weekdays. It gets really packed on weekends."

"We were super happy with our stay at the crowne plaza. Dublin is an expensive city but if you book the room for four people here, you get great value. The breakfast was awesome too!"
"The hotel was quite good and we enjoyed our stay. The staffs were quite good, especially the cleaners who were quite nice and friendly. The hotel environment and proximity to the city and airport added an advantage as we moved around within the nearby cities for fun. I will recommend this hotel to my friends and i hope to be back before the year runs out."
"The breakfast is rich and nutritious! The parking lot is also free, the location is moderate, 20km from the airport, 20 minutes by car, almost the same as the city, but the price is 30% cheaper"
"It is a lovely hotel. However the service was lacking slightly for a 5 star hotel. For example, they were aware the tv was broken in most rooms, but there did not seem to be an impetus to fix them. The door to our bedroom was not working properly and there were smaller cosmetic issues most particularly noticed in the gym. It was a lovely stay, but there definitely is room for improvement. "
"There is no commercial facilities around the hotel, but there is a golf course nearby. There is a park about 500 meters away. The environment is beautiful, comfortable, pleasant and very quiet. The hotel breakfast is very rich and the coffee tastes good. The gym is well-equipped and the swimming pool is clean. The room is clean and tidy, with bottled water. The front desk service attitude is good, and the restaurant service is warm, thoughtful and meticulous. I will definitely stay here next time."
"The location was great for my purpose, I had some business to attend to in Fonthill and the hotel was a stone's throw away. Still needed to drive but it was a 5min drive.
It is also walking distance from Liffey Valley shopping mall. Its a typical large mall with decent restaurants and a cinema.
The hotel is connected to a fitness centre (like a health club) and it offers a gym and swimming pool. Entry is free for hotel guests. Go early, the pool gets crowded after 8.30am.
There is ample parking and it's available at a concessionary rate.
My only grouse was the lack of toiletries provided. Thankfully I had brought my own set. The toilet only has hand soap and shampoo (but the dispenser was almost empty).
Other than that, the room was spacious, clean and the bed was quite comfortable. Worth staying at if you need to be in that area."
