Two queen beds, dining/family room and two full bathrooms.The smaller guest house has one queen sized bed, kitchen, living area, full bathroom and a fold down sofa. The sofa folds down to a twin bed and the coffee table lifts up to make "working from home" an ease.There is even a playground across the street for little ones.
