I booked this room for my daughter and two granddaughters. I'm glad she was not traveling alone. There were issues and when we requested a discount, were given $20 and a no-reply email. Her response that she could not send was: "I appreciate the quick response.
I do have to say I am frustrated with this as the front desk didn’t answer the phone when I called down as the toilet was overflowing.
While medicated (I have lots of medical issues) I had to run to the front desk at 11:30pm from the very back of the hotel to be told by the front desk that someone didn’t return the ONLY PLUNGER? So he would call to get special access to the Housekeeping closet…. I then went to the room and used all the towels to soak up all the toilet water and turned the water off and tried to lay down when I was woke up at 1am to be handed the plunger and told by the worker “good luck”. So I then plunged YOUR toilet for 30 mins, got it cleared to wake up at 5am to the same issue. I woke up my dad in the room across the hall so I could use their bathroom and HE helped me fix the toilet… NOT your staff.
So I had NO toilet, NO sleep and smelt toilet water all night.
And your solution is $20 refund?"
