House keeper kept rubbish bag (unwrapped) under TV, disgusting. My lswc9nd ast night ( 4 nifht s total) didn't wash tea cups.

Place was nice, sometimes service took a little long, but the place itself is nice. There was one lady called Carolina. She was incredible, helping me through the whole process, and provided excellent service. One of the days my room wasn’t cleaned when the card was out but overall I’m happy

Good hotel, good location for us, we stayed one night after picking up a friend from the airport. Very friendly peope and good service. Would deinately stay there again.

Everything is perfect, except the location. It is a hotel for those who drive. The breakfast costs Euro 16 but is fantastic.

Great hotel recently built. I would say everything was great apart from the unhelpful night receptionist who could not care less about letting us sit in the comfortable couch next to the kitchen at 5am while waiting for check in. He made us wait in the lobby which there is barely place to sit. Mr. Fortunato you are unpleasant

The hotel is in a wilderness where wolves do not poop and birds do not lay eggs. It is two kilometers away from the nearest subway station. There are no street lights or taxis nearby. There is no water in the room. If you want water, you have to pay extra. I am on Ctrip After booking, I had to pay a deposit of 100 euros when I arrived at the hotel. This was the first time I encountered a hotel that required a deposit. Traveling is extremely inconvenient. If you are not a self-driving traveler, there is no need to think about it. I have already gone through the pitfalls for you.

The staff is highly qualified, the room was clean, cleaning was done every day! Very responsive, from reception to cleaning! I liked everything, within walking distance from the metro) I’ll fly to Barcelona and rent this hotel again!!!

The newly opened hotel is awesome. There is a charge for the underground parking lot (if you have boxes in your car and you don’t want to take them upstairs), you can also park for free on the ground. The restaurant on the first floor has fried noodles (wok), which is delicious
