Eight Dimensions Capari Suites Elafonisos

Waft an amazing stay in Elafonisos island. Beautiful property with manicured grounds. Nice swimming pool with breathtaking views. Modern and clean accommodations. Great breakfast! Convenient location, quite but still few minutes away from the marina. Probably the best place to stay on the island.

Nice room, spacious bathroom, needs small details of renovation and finishes. The curtains were to long, the We needed a bigger bed and more space for breakfast. The owner and the personnel were very polite and helpful. The pool area had a fantastic view.

A lovely location, just out of town. Big garden leading down to the sea, with a nice swimming pool. Beach not good for bathing. Greg, the host is friendly, helpful, and will go out of his way to sort problems (I was ill and he organised an excellent local doctor). Our room a bit on the spartan side, but with fridge, huge shower and a balcony. Comfortable bed. Breakfast simple but good. A relaxing stay (you need a car)

We stayed in Capari suites for three weeks in June/July. I can't say enough good things about them. We had the rooms at the dune/sea side. From the terrace you are literally one step away from the dunes, with direct access and views of the sea. The room was comfortable and newly decorated with all necessary amenities. The views are magic and we spent most evenings sitting on the terrace admiring the sunset. There is a nice pool with comfortable seating / sunbathing areas and the views are equally spectacular. Breakfast was cosy at the terrace at the main building with a lot of choice of Greek and international dishes. The hotel is quiet in the evenings and you will hear nothing but the soothing sound of the sea. Most of all, the staff was fantastic. Very friendly and attentive and very much prepared to do whatever it takes to make your visit to the Island perfect. We very much enjoyed meeting the owners / managers ; Joanne and her brother Greg and their father. . They build this place over the last two decades into something really special and it fantastic to see how passionate they are about Capari suites. By the way, Elafonisos is a nice, quiet island with spectacular beaches and a small village with plenty of restaurants... All in all a fantastic experience. We'll be back! .

Last time we visited Elafonisos was in 1996 and although a few things have changed, it still remains a beautiful and quieter destination in Greece, especially in September. The drive to Elafonisos from Athens is a bit long but worth the trip. The Capari Suites experience at Elafonisos was amazing. The hotel team were spectacular and very accommodating. The cleanliness of the rooms and property is amazing; very well looked after. Their newer suites by the cove are gorgeous, quiet and private. They oversee a large area of sand dunes, trees and beach front which is a Protected Habitat for turtles to breed. The person that made our experience amazing at Capari Suites was Georgia, with her high hospitality standards and smile. She also prepares a great breakfast spread, with different treats every day. Access to Elafonisos from Capari is a quick drive or a nice 20 min walk to all the shops, restaurants and marina. The food and service was great in all the restaurants we visited. Our favorites were Ntagiantas, Ourania and Menti Brothers. Friends of ours raved about the Butchers Grill for their quality and selection of different cuts of meat. We went to Fragos beach by Simos every day. Parking access by Cervi Beach Bar was great and a quick 5 min walk to the beach. It was a great visiting Elafonisos again and this time Capari Suites made it that much better. Many thanks to Georgia at Capari Suites for her tireless service & high standards. Previous researched reviews do not lead you astray. The experience was as expected. The rooms were clean, employees were professional and pleasant even. Stunning views, great food, beach and pool clean. No complaints to be had. I would recommend for a good time. Good food and entertainment available.
