Whether checking in or checking out, the process was very smooth and hassle-free. Secondly, the hotel rooms are very comfortable. The bed is soft and comfortable, allowing you to sleep peacefully. The rooms are fully equipped, including TV, air conditioning, Wi-Fi, etc., providing an excellent accommodation experience. In addition, the hotel facilities are also very beautiful. There are several restaurants and bars in the hotel, offering a variety of food and drinks. In addition, the hotel also has facilities such as a gym, providing guests with a wealth of entertainment activities. Overall, the Fairfield Medellín Zabaneta is an excellent hotel, perfect for both business and leisure travel. highly recommended!

The environment is good, the room is quite big

Very well appointed aparthotel with almost everything needed for a comfortable stay. Checking in was easy. They could not accommodate early check in but held bags until my apartment was ready. Very spacious and clean apartment with kitchenette, living space, bedroom, large bathroom and closet. The bed and pillows were very firm, could have been a little more softer. No cutlery provided in the kitchen. The fridge and kitchen were stocked with mostly paid bar items. The walk in shower only has a rain head attachment and not a handheld device which I did not find convenient. Most of the staff were very nice. The rooftop bar and pool area were cosy. Easy to get an uber to and from the Medellin hotspots. Overall, I had a good stay but a few things could be improved for an extra comfortable luxury experience. For the price, it was just okay value considering breakfast was not included.

Hotel muy limpio y excelente servicio al cliente en todas las áreas. En las habitaciones los lavamanos son estrechos pero cuentan con aire acondicionado y ventilador. Zona de SPA pequeña pero confortable. Restaurante impecable y buenas opciones para desayuno, almuerzo y cena. En general una muy buena opción para estadías cortas. Excelente relación costo-beneficio y el personal muy comprometido con sus clientes.
