I had to ask to a room change because it looked like the room I got was not cleaned (the bed looked like used and barely “extended”). The new room was better and I could enjoyed my stay without further issues.

The bathroom was especially beautiful, with luxury linens, and high quality soaps. The room overall had excellent design and lovely furninshings.
Less good was the wifi (crashed often and when working had only the slightest signal), the TV was difficult to use (low priority I know, but true), and the wall based HVAC unit had peeling paint above it and seemed older.
The location is really perfect for walkers: one direction is a river side park, the other direction opens out to a quaint downtown *****. There are bars, galleries, parks, and a movie theater all within blocks.

Location of the property is excellent! Everything is right at your doorstep and is walkable
Other than the very loud music heard throughout from the bar/restaurant, was very quiet.
Felt like we were being rushed out! Check-out time was at 11:00 and housekeeping staff were knocking on our door before 9:00 am. Very annoying!

Nice property, currently being updated. The staff were friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean. The only complaint I would have was the noisy heating/cooling system. We had to turn off to sleep. Other than that, the hotel is located very close to the shopping and eating areas on Market Street. We will be back in the future!

Great location to the old section with plenty of restaurants and shopping. Walking distance to the Glass Museum (10 minutes) and Rockwell museum (1 minute). Very comfortable bed and well appointed throughout.

I was expecting a much nicer room because of the price I paid. The bed was comfortable, and the sheets clean. But the phone, the shade in the room, the carpets under the desk were all dirty. One of the towels looked like it had been used, but was folded up neatly.

great location, easy access to everything- hotel should advertise that they can offer transport to and from airport- if they did i probably would not have to rent the car. overall good experience will stay there again.

Just an overnight in Corning. The bed was very comfortable and the room was pleasant.
I liked the prefilled shampoo,conditioner and body soap available in the shower.
The only drawback was no complimentary breakfast available.
It is conveniently located close to shops and restaurants.
I would recommend this hotel and I would stay there again!

Our first room had a leak by the window. Someone had left a towel there to soak it up. We told the front desk and he promptly changed our room. The second room’s tv didn’t work so someone had to come and set it up. The entire time we watched the tv, it pixelated. They are old. Chips in the paint, just outdated.
