Staff at the front desk were unaware as to how to make charge on Contactless credit card. She swiped and returned my Wyndham Rewards Visa Card saying it did not work....
Secondly, she overcharged me by about TL150 against the price notified by ******* on travel confirmation email. The entire check-in process was unfriendly and unpleasant, it looked like the staff had been forced to stay at the front desk.
Thirdly, there was no parking at the site as shown on booking by *******
Fourthly, the wheelchair accessible room was too small particularly when the extra bed was placed for a third adult.
Lastly, the rate charged for extra bed was higher than what ******* stated in its travel confirmation
Overall, as Wyndham Gold Member #1133770204G I didn't get any better service than a non-member.
