Cost-effective, convenient check-in, parking. It was just that the blankets in the room were a little dirty and worms, so there was no way to cover them. Other facilities are fine. The air conditioner was old and not too hot. Reception in Chinese :)

Although the room is small, it is fully equipped with a washing machine, dryer, kitchen, etc. It is very convenient and the price is OK. I am very satisfied and will come again if necessary.

This hotel has the worst service of any Hyatt I have ever stayed at. The overall staff was absent-minded, and no one ever answered the front desk phone or room service. Several times we had to run downstairs to communicate with the front desk. There are no bathrobes in the hotel, which is the first time I have encountered this.

The hotel is very cost-effective, the front desk service is more attentive and basically responsive. There is a commercial street in the surrounding area. It is more convenient to eat and shop, but the breakfast is too cold to eat.

We had a great time at the Royal Hotel. Staff were relaxed and super friendly and the rooms were on the smaller side but very clean, functional and comfortable.
We couldn't hear any noises from the pub downstairs or the surrounding area. The lounge was a nice feature where you could reheat meals or make a coffee or tea free of charge.
The only thing that could be improved is the doors that slam shut very loudly. They could be padded around the frame to reduce the noise from neighbouring rooms or the shared bathrooms.

From the moment we entered we were greated by friendly helpful staff. Room was perfect lovely hot shower. Had dinner in the restaurant and it was beautiful. Nice and hot and very prompt with the delivery. I would happily stay again and l would certainly recommend to anyone. Nice and quiet. Bed and especially the pillow were excellent. Best night's sleep away from home for ages.

From start to finish the service was outstanding. The staff were so friendly and nothing we requested was a bother. The apar**ent had all necessities, was clean and had a balcony which was great. The location was excellent. It was close to supermarkets, shopping and restaurants. Highly recommended the Sebel Moonee Ponds and will definitely stay here again.

I arrived late and the directions for keys and after hours was easy, room was clean, just had a quick 7 hrs sleep and out again. The 1 Bedroom was spacious, although no food or easy access to food, the area is not great to be walking around at night.
