What an impressively stellar establishment.
The front desk service was exceptionally efficient a 5-minute check-in procedure. A lovely and modern hotel with up-to-date facilities. Immaculately clean.
The breakfast was a delight. Overall, I had a pleasant experience! 😊

3月10號晚上8點50多分我們入住飛龍大酒店 在大概九十點的時間段內，我們覺得很熱很燜就開這邊的空調來將降温，然後把外面的窗户也打開了 結果發現，這空調越吹越越熱。後面聯繫酒店前台，他説這個是中央空調不能調。讓我們關掉空調重新開 然後我們就聽她説的做。結果還是不行。後面越來越熱房間透不出氣的感覺 這時時候温度達到了26度左右。後面就實在受不了了，就打電話給前台 讓她幫我們解決一下，結果她還是重複上一個電話的語錄 結果我們試一下還是不行，這時候應該快一點了 看了一下室內温度25度 然後他就説找個人來幫我們解決 就叫樓下的六十多歲的保安 他上來之後才知道他也不會搞，然後一直在那説 搞得就是我們錯似的 還説我們什麼人都有 我對象看對方年紀大沒吭聲我也就不敢説話了 後面我對象看我實在受不了 就又給前台打電話 結果前台説那就沒有辦法了 一直在那敷衍 這時候應該兩點了 這期間打了三個電話 除了叫個保安上來沒有一個人上來幫我們解決問題 後面我們就想換個酒店 收拾東西的時候看到了投訴電話 我們就打電話給總部了 結果那個女的也一直在巴拉巴拉説，一些沒有辦法之類的話不能衹讓一個人之類的 然後我就説沒有解決辦法嘛 她説沒有，然後我就説你們沒有風扇之類的嘛 ？她後面又説有 説給這邊的經理打電話給我們送上來 後面是用機器人送上來 講真的遇到這種事真的很無語 中國人不騙中國人唉 ！

你見過開票不開優惠金額的酒店嗎？我出差了這麼多次，第一次碰到這麼差的酒店，原本還要在合肥再出差幾天呢，就因為酒店的這個態度，我必須換一家，且不説環境怎麼樣？工作人員竟然會污衊你弄壞了他們的東西，我當時提出報警才解決

非常棒 浴池很好 樓下環境也很好 房間隔音 要了兩個新拖鞋 基本兩分鐘就送到了 然後入住也很快房間整潔沒有異味 總的來説值得下次再住
