"Ladies at the reception when checking out really made the stay all the better, great atmosphere, and very kind, although other staff member did not seem as friendly.
There was a stain on one of my white pillows that I immediately saw when about to get into bed.
The key cards were not the best and did give me a hard time when entering as I had to try them multiple times. Transport links are great, it is nicely located within reach of other essential stores, Would recommend if you’re looking for a place to sleep with a partner."

"With an early flight scheduled for the next morning, I decided to check into an airport hotel a day in advance. The hotel facilities were excellent, the room was clean and comfortable, and the AC was very effective. What truly sets this hotel apart is the enclosed sky bridge on the second floor, offering direct, indoor access to London Heathrow Terminal 4. It's incredibly convenient, saving a lot of time and hassle, making it perfect for those with early departures. Overall, my stay was extremely satisfying."

"Easy check in arriving at 9pm, concierge was gone but reception had it sorted, I checked in the morning with concierge, Paul Mullins , he was all over the bags arrival the previous night, and was able to help in several other ways sorting some longstanding issues for me"

"We booked two bed rooms, they are trying to fool us by giving smaller room when we found out after opening the door there’s only one bed but we paid for 2 bed’s room, we asked for changing, at first they said we booked wrong one and they said it’s not always accurate on trip.com. Even though they changed 2 bed’s room after double check, they still very bad intentions trying to put faults to trip.com and clients. Having been to many countries and many cities, this Hilton conceiger is the only unprofessional one and really shame on Hilton garden hotel which is not garden feel at all"

"It is a typical 4+ level hotel, modest decoration but does not look old fashion yet. Spacious, clean, bright and tidy room. Everything like desk, TV, mirrors, and bathroom iis surprisingly big in Europe, at this price level. Even the shampoo and body wash are jumbo sized. Tap and shower glass door need some maintenance. Huge basin countertop, good to put everything on. Some adjacent rooms can be connected to create a family room. The staff are polite and friendly."

"The hotel is extremely close to the terminal, directly connected by a skybridge. It looks very new, boasts comprehensive facilities, and is impeccably clean. All essential toiletries such as shampoo, shower gel, hand soap, toilet paper, and slippers are provided.
The soundproofing is also excellent; despite an elevated highway being right outside the window, there was absolutely no noise inside.
They provide a 1.5-meter wide bed, which is a big plus! Many hotels in this area often have quite narrow beds, so it was a pleasant surprise to find such a spacious 1.5m bed here, making it perfect for two people.
For trips to the city center, taking the subway is also very convenient."
