"Very good, a good experience, that is, check-in needs to be self-service, but there is a Ctrip lady to help, it is also very simple!"

"Strategically located near to Heathrow T4, easy access to both Elizabeth and Piccadilly line.
Bed was super comfy for a good night sleep.
The buffet breakfast at 13.99 per pax was porky delicious ad worth it.
Highly recommended to stay for easy access to transportation options and accessibility."
"Nicely decorated, simple but modern and classy. Clean, accessible options available. 24/7 room service is a great service especially for late travellers but more options would be great. Shower & soaps were nice, bed was large and very comfortable. Could do with leaving a toothbrush kit as most hotels do being an airport hotel. Staff were friendly and accomodating, i am late stage pregnancy and staff accommodated me with offering a room close to reception. The price is very fair for the overall experience. Would recommend and would stay again."
"Stayed here for 3 nights on a recent trip. Nice room with two big double beds. Shower is great but the bath is really shallow so not ideal if you like a nice soak. Good WiFi, big TV, fridge in the room etc.
Breakfast is excellent. Great selection. Coffee could be better. I wouldn't expect a hilton property to use cheap coffee machines with powdered milk instead of fresh.
Location is great. There is the usual hoppa bus to the terminals for £7 or you can walk for 4-5 minutes to Hatton Cross and take the subway train for free to all the terminals (just use a contact less card to get through the barriers)."
"🎉This is a wonderful hotel with a clean and elegant environment. The rooms are comfortable and well-equipped, providing an enjoyable stay. The bed is soft and clean, ensuring a great night’s sleep. The staff is friendly and attentive, always ready to meet guests’ needs. Breakfast is plentiful, with fresh and delicious options. The hotel’s location is very convenient, with easy access to transportation, making it ideal for business or leisure travelers. Overall, it was a highly satisfying experience, and I would definitely recommend it! 😋The English breakfast at this hotel was also quite good, with a nice selection of freshly prepared items. It added a pleasant touch to the stay and made the mornings even more enjoyable. 🚬The smoking area downstairs is also quite elegant, providing a comfortable and pleasant environment. It’s a thoughtful addition for guests, allowing a relaxing space without affecting the hotel’s overall ambiance."
"I planned to stay at London for 4 days with my wife. The location of hotel is accessibly by underground Picaddaly or Elizabeth Line. However, the linked bridge is not sufficient for lighting . In addition, the hotel sign logo is too small to ignore entrance place. The breakfast food is not too hot for fried egg, sausage and as well as bacon etc. I came across the airport for incident. It caused to stop the airport underground services on 21 March 2025. At that moment , I was frustrated to outbound toward London city centre. I asked the receptionist to help me for an alternative transportation ways to city center. She told me in detail of transportation and wrote it the key connection points for bus and underground line for my guidance. With her advice, I could go and back from city centre and enjoyed for my sightseeing. "
