The rooms are too dark , a bit old. Sounds can travel next doors . Can hear others close door. Restaurant very nice , price decent, service very good. I enjoy dining there

trip.com said the check in time was 2pm, but the hotel said 2.30pm. trip.com said tax to pay on arrival was 9.75 euro (didn't mention if it is per night), the hotel asked for 19.5 euro for our 2 nights stay. swimming pool opens only between 10am and 7pm. hair dryer was not working. we asked staff at front desk to provide an extra, but he was not helpful and claimed that he was busy!

It's very good. The hotel's breakfast buffet is very delicious and better than expected. The heating is turned on so much that I have to get up in the middle of the night to open the window for ventilation. The sound insulation is also very good and not as bad as the bad reviews.

The location is in the suburbs, very remote, but very quiet. There is also a swimming pool outside the restaurant on the first floor, which should be used for viewing beforehand. The big round bed is very comfortable. If you just stay here and don't consider the transportation convenience, it is great. One night, we I also met a family who was having an engagement party at the hotel. They must have been locals. They were very happy and lively. They also set off fireworks. Some people may find it a bit noisy, but we liked it very much.

The police and the hotel staff went through the process and said they had seen the surveillance, but the hotel staff said that only the front desk had surveillance and no other places, so they didn’t let us watch the surveillance at all, and they didn’t let us look for the mobile phone. Fortunately, the mobile phone was returned the next day. There is electricity and GPS positioning right in the hotel. The waiters are very young and basically look like students with poor attitudes. 6. The sound insulation is extremely poor. People walking in the corridor in the middle of the night, motorcycles and traffic outside the window are clearly heard. Needed earplugs to sleep. This hotel is really nothing but breakfast and pool! I hope that friends who come to Florence will avoid this hotel. By the way, dinner is by the pool, and there are big mosquitoes that can stare at **! ! !
