All good

When I contacted the facility it was presented to me as a sort of guesthouse, very well kept. Upon arrival we were escorted into a dilapidated building. The dirty rooms, without air conditioning and with broken fans, beds with broken mattresses, dirty, unkempt, tiny bathroom with no ventilation. I don't understand how the health authorities allow these places to receive. A terrible experience that certainly does no credit to a city like Florence.

If they gave me an overnight stay, I would refuse it. I spent an exaggeration for a room that is worth a tenth of what I paid, but not even. I wonder how it is possible to offer a similar service ... and ask for more than € 500 for 2 nights even taking into account the bridge (clearly everything is more expensive) I describe what we found on our arrival: Room cramped, old, the cot completely collapsed, no extra blankets (the night the child was cold so I used the bath towels) peeling walls, half-unhooked curtains. dirt and stench from the entrance to the stairs, to the elevator (if you can define a 1-person hole in this way), to the corridors up to the room itself. The bathroom, a room created without windows without a bidet, with a peeling shower and without accessories and some spaces where you can place the necessaire to wash yourself neither in the shower nor next to the sink, a shower with glass placed on at random because the bathroom was flooded with the windows closed. After the first night and my complaint, I find the person in charge (he didn't understand if it was the owner himself, he didn't introduce himself) prepared to meet us and change our room which at first glance seemed better ... in reality it turned out to be another shack that it only offered the possibility of detaching the shower head from the shower wall, thus being able to wash without necessarily getting your hair wet; however in this bathroom the toilet was without the lid and I have placed the photo to show the conditions of the toilet itself and of the shower even if it does not convey how badly they were and how small the room was In this case, however, the single bed was not broken at least . The photos from the site do not show the degradation in which the rooms are The disconcerting thing is that even if I had spent €50 a night I could not accept such a trea**ent so I wonder with what courage they ask for €250 The structure is dilapidated. I recommend it to anyone

dirty, gloomy, tiny elevator, terrible furniture and bad smell…it may be cheap but it's really not acceptable. There was a terrible smell in the bathroom, splashes on the wall and hairs in the sheets. Only the good location but otherwise to be avoided
