Days Inn by Wyndham Florida City

Checked in. Used the bathroom to shower which was absolutely disgusting. Yellow stains all over the walls - not even sure what from. It looked like yellow droplets everywhere. We left for a few hours for dinner and put the evening in. Once we returned and it was time for bed, there were several sketchy people hanging around the property. The car beside ours had no handles left on the passenger side. We didn’t feel comfortable parking there. We noticed cobwebs in the corners above the tv. There were rat traps in the parking lot. And there were cats hanging around that other people staying had food for. You could hear them meowing outside the door. It was so bad that we packed up everything at 11pm and left for another hotel. We informed the staff at the front desk that we would be leaving because of how dirty our room was and the cats and people hanging around to which he did nothing about. We are now trying to get money back but because we booked through *******, the hotel could not do it. Save yourself the trouble and spend the money to stay somewhere else! ******* should remove this hotel from their site so no one else has to deal with what I’m now dealing with.

My room was never cleaned during my stay. Garbage was disposed of by me in the receptacle outside. My towels were never changed although there enough to last my entire stay. Otherwise it was unremarkable.

One of the lights in the room was burned out and never got replaced. It seemed as though some guests were staying on the property long term which is probably why breakfast is no longer served. Overall, average hotel with limited amenities.

The costumer service was terrible and inside the room wasn’t cleaning enough and we found a lots of roaches

The room was run down and not very well maintained. It was clean, but because it was poorly maintained it didn’t feel clean.

I would never stay there anymore the water not draining not in the sink not in the tab they not cleaning the rooms and not giving clean towels I had to fight with them every day for towels and clean room and the didn’t do it. Never! Never! Never again going to this place

Very dirty, staff unfriendly and unhelpful, but I guess they do what they can with what they have. Incredibly noisy from the road.

The place had mini muffins and beverages as a continental breakfast. Lasted only till 8 am. Many people loitering around. People resided on property. Outdoor trash was over filled everywhere front desk people were not personable
