I have been a repeat customer at this hotel many times over the last 2 years but this last visit felt like I was at a 1 star hotel.

Room took an extra hour and 1/2 before I could check in. It was nice having pool/beach availability immediately but I was really in need of a nap after being up 48hrs. The waitress in the poolside restaurant was amazing. I told her my drink was a little watered down and she gave me 2 shots and mixed it again! Room was clean and comfortable and we loved the beach.

Ok! This was an incredible hotel!! Amazing view, you can enjoy the pool, jacuzzi….they even have a minigolf…staff always nice! We were surprise in a good way! I highly recommend it! Love it

The best part of this resort is that its 3 steps out to the beautiful beach. It has a pool and hot tub. There were a few things about the facilities that could be improved (the hallways to the rooms were in fairly poor conditions and the water in the toilets was always yellow) but overall it was a great experience. The location of the resort was great, its in a more tranquil area and Lauderdale by the Sea is easily accessible from the resort.

Was pretty nervous after seeing all the bad reviews, but the stay wasn’t as bad as I thought it would be, and our room was nothing like the rooms pictured in the bad reviews.
Staff was pretty awesome as well
