Greeted by a couple of ladies who did not seem to be expecting us, after a while all sorted. Room a long walk from reception. Had a balcony overlooking garden. Faded elegance comes to mind! Plenty room to sit outside in the gardens. The night we stayed a couple of men entertained with music and song. The evening meal was a buffet as well as the breakfast. Not very appetising, just the usual buffet menu. Breakfast was very basic. No staff about in morning. The young girl on the bar was very charming and helpful.

This is a very nice location and quite well run but could use some heavy duty maintenance. I would stay again but could not recommend to discerning travelers.

Das Personal bekommt 10 Punkte, das Hotel ist unterirdisch. Die Zimmer, das Badezimmer geht wirklich nicht mehr. Dieses Hotel muss dringend innen und außen total renoviert werden. Das Freibad hatte im Sommer wegen Renovierung geschlossen, und das Hallenbad war sehr schmutzig. Die kacheln schleimig und die duschen 🚿 auch nicht sauber.

Hotel ligt op 1500 meter van het centrum en dus een forse wandeling heen en terug. Hotel heeft aan de buitenzijde wat achterstallig onderhoud. Kamers voldoende groot en redelijk sanitair. Bedden zijn helaas niet zo goed meer en dus 3 slechte nachten gehad. Rondom hotel een supergrote tuin, wat rust geeft. Ontbijt is prima met voldoende keuze. Personeel is vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Van het zwembad, sauna en andere faciliteiten geen gebruik gemaakt, maar die lijken zeer goed te zijn.

Wir waren über das Wochenende mit Freunden hier und können nur Positives berichten. Das Hotel liegt wunderbar ruhig und bei einem schönen Spaziergang kann man in 15 Minuten die Innenstadt erreichen. Es bietet alles , was man braucht. Die Zimmer sind gemütlich und so wie das gesamte Hotel sauber und gepflegt , auch wenn es nicht mehr das Modernste ist. Das Personal ist in allen Bereichen überaus freundlich und trägt sehr zum Wohlfühlen in diesem Hotel bei. Das Essen ist vielfältig und besonders das Viergängemenü am Abend sehr lecker und liebevoll zubereitet. Mit einem hübsch gedeckten Tisch und Sektempfang wurde ich zu meinem Geburtstag verwöhnt. Alles in allem, wir haben die Zeit hier bei Ihnen sehr genossen , können das Hotel gern weiterempfehlen und wünschen Ihnen weiterhin zufriedene Gäste.

Tromperie sur la marchandise, si l'on regarde le site et les photos on a envie d'y aller. Dans la réalité l'hôtel est situé près d'une zone industrielle avec une route bruyante qui longe le parc. La piscine extérieure qui devait être en activité est en travaux visiblement depuis plusieurs mois ! La salle de jeux ou l'on voit un billard est dans le même état ! Table de ping pong cassée, une seule queue de billard pour jouer, le jeux de flêchettes est lui aussi hors d'usage ainsi que le jeu de bowling-quille ! Le centre de soins et massages est lui aussi inexistant, soit disant il fallait réserver longtemps avant mais nous n'avons pas vu l'ombre d'un masseur ni d'une esthéticienne, pourtant l'affichage est partout dans l'ascenseur, à l'entrée, bref l'arnaque !!! Nous sommes restées avec la poignée de la porte dans la main quand nous avons voulu fermer notre porte de chambre et dans la nuit l'un des sommiers à lattes c'est enfoncé, il manquait une latte sur deux et le plastique qui tenait les lattes était tout dur et friable ! Alors pour rester positif, le personnel est jeune et plutôt sympathique, la nourriture abondante mais sans grande finesse et la piscine intérieure est de belle taille. Dans l'ensemble quand même très déçu !

Für Familien sehr gut geeignet, unser 11 jähriger Sohn war begeistert. Sehr freundliches Personal, ausgiebig und abwechslungsreiches Essen. Der Innenpool war sehr sauber und gepflegt sowie gut beheizt. Die Schwarzwald-plus Karte ist inbegriffen, so kann man z. B. die Seilbahn in Bad Wildbad kostenlos fahren. Parkplätze waren immer genügend, kostenfrei vorhanden.

Hôtel agréable. Chambre spacieuse avc balcon. Très calme . Restaurant manquant de personnel donc repas moyen et attente . Petit déjeuner très copieux. Piscine et autres services très bien . AVC plus de personnel je pense que se seras pas mal. On y retourneras pour compare.
