"I like this house very much. I built it very new last year. Everything is clean. The layout of the room is very beautiful. The location is just across the road. There are quite a few restaurants nearby. Hotel people super nice, breakfast is delicious"

"Simple hotel with relatively new decoration. The breakfast was hearty, the vegetable omelette was great, and a variety of fruits. There is a parking lot. Can add an extra bed. There is a super-large mall within one kilometer, which can't be completed in half a day."
"The facility is really nice this is my second time staying here. This time it rained and my floor started leaking, I thought it was from me getting out of the shower but as the night went on I noticed that every time I stepped in a certain spot on the floor it would produce water 🤦🏽♀️. The bar was completely closed the 2nd night I stayed. I still love the hotel and the location. "

"This is by far the best hotel I have ever stayed at. The room smelled so fresh like fresh laundry. Everything was spotless. I saw housekeeping multiple times during our stay so there was always some cleaning going on. I am beyond satisfied."

Very Good
AAnonymous UserActually I booked it due to Hilton name, but it is really not good enough, very small room and the bed it very loosely. The most hate is the Wi-Fi, never log in. I hope it will be improved.
Lloganm818This hotel is severely overrated online. We chose it bc it was the same price as other hotels, but with a 4.5 rating. Really, it is closer to a 3.5, so take that into consideration when booking.
Room was clean, but the bathroom stank like fake cleaning product, as did the elevator. Located in Central Frisco, but South Frisco is where everything important is. Staff was courteous. Shower lost hot water for a bit. Breakfast was good.
GGuest UserI stayed for 2 weeks on a business trip, and I couldn't get housekeeping service because of the corona. Towels and bedspreads were available whenever requested. Friendly reception. Convenient location for shopping
BBrittanyNice looking and functional hotel.
I think this hotel could exceed expectations if a few things were added/changed. 1. The a/c throughout the hotel and in the rooms/bathrooms should be lowered tremendously. Especially in the warmer times of the year. 2. The parking garage should have some attachment to the hotel or at least make self parking free for guests. 3. It would be nice if the hotel had a pool for kids or guests to utilize. Otherwise, it was a nice hotel with a nice bar/lobby
GGuest UserThe hotel is located in a quite place, easy parking. The breakfast is good for american standards.
Room has a nice space, good screen and bathroom size.
The room needs lots of improovement on lightining, each is pretty poor (and I enjoy low light places, but this was way too much).
Front desk guy didn't even say hello upon arrival, even I said so, and he just repeated again ”reservation?!”
Nice pool, nice gym, just was forgoten to turn on that water fontain.
老老韦It's quite satisfactory, it's not much to talk about, and there is nothing big happening. What is not satisfactory is his breakfast. And no matter what variety is delicious or not, it may be a staff problem. I stayed for three days. Three breakfasts will encounter either the omelette or the coffee every day. I have to wait for a long time.
DDr. PuppioIt’s an obsolete hotel.., and needs a lot of maintenance.
The price was fair.
The room is spacious.., and with a good shower.
American standard breakfast…
The hotel is close to the Ford Center (Dallas Open - ATP 500 Dallas).., 20 minutes by foot.
I’d stay again..!
NnanaynwThe hotel environment is quite nice, but many things in the hotel room are broken. The bathroom exhaust fan and ventilation system are not working, the microwave is unusable, and the room phone doesn't work. Additionally, the staff's progress is very slow, and they only take action after being repeatedly urged. Therefore, I can only give it two stars.
