the bad trip ever, this hotel is unreasonable, only look for the money, never considerate the situation ,
for people who consider this hotel, you have to prepare the hotels unreasonable service,and prepare more and more money for any delay or late check in or flight delay. no refund and help

Great hotel and facilities. Restaurant is very expensive compared to local options. Lovely onsen and bar. A few teething problems like irregular cleaning but great location for skiing. Bed very comfortable.

酒店設施很新很乾淨，房間相對東京大阪等大城市較為寬敞，床褥比較硬枕頭不太舒適，位置離開滑雪場入口處只有約200米，有健身室及桑拿和風呂。有餐廳但選擇不多！
服務員態度友善，有免費停車場。
整體內說滿意！

酒店設施齊全，工作人員熱情，去幾個滑雪場也比較方便，還是不錯的，在旺季訂到這個價格還算性價比較高的.

體驗感一落千丈！
新開的酒店，雖然設施新且比較乾淨，但是服務非常沒有體系且不專業。我們詢問關於直接去機場第二天的Bus Schedule，對方給完紙表就告訴我們直接去附近的等待點等就可以。然而當天過去被另一家前台告知必須預約才會有司機來停靠和核對名字。當我們再回去追責的時候，Nozo酒店工作人員衹有互相推脱，並沒有提供解決方案和幫助。非常影響出行計劃！
最後的話就是酒店的餐廳食物過於西化，瞬間有種歐美擺爛感…
