Wonderful experience..The entire staff was extremely polite..warm welcoming..they made us feel very comfortable..***as was very friendly he guided us nearby local places to see around..we have stayed in lemon tree in various states never been disappointed with there hospitality..food is excellent..hygiene rooms..entire staff is soft spoken..no complaints..

The Lemon Tree Hotel is located at a very convenient location...just around 3 km from the MG road... It's quite scenic and a beautiful place to stay.. There is a spa, swimming pool, bar and pool facility... There are some treks organised by the travel agency...but we didn't ppt for that... The food is delicious...and sumptuous.. But what needs special mentioning is that the staff is very courteous...Their polite behaviour and cheerful smiles across board just wins your heart.. M/s Sapna used to look after our dining...and it was a beautiful experience Thank you Team Lemon Tree

Your service was great then facilities were excellent staff was attentive they were serving nice No problem everything was excellent. No Internet issues and mainly cleanliness was maintained in room as well as outside also. ***ish Gurung

Favolous stay na very warm welcome eat n clean place with majestic view.friendly gudbye while leaving really touched my heart.the Fn B service experience was excellent for staff with a gud staff n thanks ko Mr dawa,***ish,sandip mingus Sudan Norden mrinal Osama they all made our stay comfortable specially thank so Dawa.

Excellent hospitality. 18 of us of 6 family stayed for 2 nights from 11th May'2024. We stayed in Superior Rooms which were clean and quite comfortable. Wide spread items provided by the Hotel both for Breakfast & Dinner were delicious to taste. We couldn't try lunch as we were outside on sightseeing.

It was our first time in Gangtok & booking Lemon tree simply was a great choice! Our stay was comfortable & hassle free. Front Desk staff was friendly & helpful, F&B team was very service oriented & I would like to mention ***ish, Sudan, Dawa & Deepraj who were always assisting us during our meal time. We would also like to thank all the F&B Team & Housekeepers who literally made our stay easy & enjoyable! Thank you Lemon Tree Team!! We enjoyed our stay & experience while we explored the city, culture, sights & food!!!

Me n my wife went for our honeymoon at Gangtok and we chose lemon tree as our stay and that is the best thing we did. Hotel is very clean and tidy and its ambience and views from their balcony is just damn beautiful. The best part of lemon tree is their staff. All the staff which provide services and specially restaurant staff is just lovely. They bring food with such a beautiful smile like they are feeding their own family member. There was this guy named Abhishek Chhetri in the restaurant he is such a nice guy who took care of everything we had. He helped us in providing the food in rapid ***ner and his smile while serving the food fills your stomach with so much love and you literally feel blessed. I hope lemon tree staff maintains this staff behaviour always. Thank you for making my honeymoon soo beautiful.

We had stayed for 3 nights at the hotel..we had a very comfortable and enjoyable stay..the rooms were good and so was the food, we are vegetarian. The restaurant staff was very efficient courteous and responsive...to name a few Sapna & Sonam were outstanding in Customer Service... The chef Govind too was vwry responsive and had created a very delicious menu.. Lakshya, the GM was always available and leading from the front... All in all, a great experience.. Highly recommend for your stay in Gangtok. Ashok
