The restaurant was not open on the night I was there but I had room service which was nice and the cost very reasonable. The room was a bit dusty but this was understandable as there are renovations happening in the hotel. This was not enough to complain about though.

This is a quirky property. The host Tanya was very welcoming and just wanted us to make sure we had everything we needed. It was good that a continental breakfast is provided as well as some soft drinks and beer in the fridge, for a small fee. A query about the TV remote was resolved quickly and we were very happy. One of the good things about the property is that dogs are welcome to stay as well. The property is around 10 mins drive from Avalon Airport which is great for those traveling. We like the fact that the Little River Hotel is next door. We would recommend and return here in the future.

Arranged on the third floor, there is no elevator, it is difficult to move boxes. Convenient location. It is a good supply station to start the Great Ocean Road trip. Power off the kitchen wall as soon as the dishwasher starts

The location was great. Could easily walk into Geelong and the waterfront. Plenty of cafes and restaurants nearby. Close to public transport. Plenty of parking onsite that is free. Room was clean and warm. Shower was nice. Bed was comfortable and warm. Plenty of storage in the room. Would definitely stay again. Didn’t try the restaurant.
