"The service is extremely excellent. The food was good I highly recommended to all new comers OFW and people wants to visit in gensan. Wifi is good too✅"
"The lights were too dim. Not ideal since we have child. The floor in the bathroom were too slippery not good for children when taking a bath. No floor mats to dry our feet after shower. And no other amenities too boring."
"The hotel is good, but it is often not booked. This is one of the best sprinkle shops in General City. No other hotel is incomparable in terms of facilities or services."

Very Good
SSplendidGeminiThe value for money was just right — what we paid matched the experience we had. The hotel was clean and well-maintained. The food was okay, near to exceptional. One thing we appreciated was the staff — they were all accommodating.
I just noticed one thing in the bathroom: when taking a shower, some water tends to flow out towards the toilet bowl area, which can be a bit inconvenient.
Overall, our experience was very good. No major issues and we felt comfortable during our stay. I’d give it an 8 out of 10.
GGuest UserIf you’re looking for a various family oriented, Seaside resort, this is it. They had only one restaurant, but the menu was so extensive. We did not have anything twice in our five day stay. The staff was very nice and accommodating. I would recommend it.
GGuest UserReally good service. Really good location. Just a great hotel in Gensan, at just the right price. Check in was a breeze. And the staff were really helpful. Breakfast was good too! They change up the menu a little each day so it doesn’t get boring if you’re staying there days on end and like your breakfast. It’s a good mix of Filipino food, and generic breakfast food like breads and eggs how you like it. Pretty decent salad bar too. If you like a little ambience with your stay, and don’t mind a little city noise at night, then it’s perfect. 5 stars from me all around. Definitely gonna stay here again.
KKaladaodiObuOKEarly check-out is not allowed, breakfast is poor and there is nothing to eat. You have to go to the corridor to get water, and there is no bottled water.
MMa Aida AddelliaI was immediately accommodated upon my arrival at the hotel. When I stepped inside the room the first time, I thought it was too small. But after my five-day stay there, I realized I didn’t actually need that much space. CR was clean, with hot water running. The AC could do better. All in all, it was a great stay. Quiet and peaceful.
GGuest UserMy suggestions, if you travel to Gensan city, so choose the Georgie hotel..
The reason is, it is easy to get in touch with happiness, close with the public park/ bus terminal/ 7-11/Mit. Super market/ Jollibee Quick food/ private hospital/ government Hall......
And at a cheaper price, you can afford 24h/ 700php
AAnonymous UserReview for Casa Rafael Inn: 2/5
I stayed at Casa Rafael Inn for a short trip, and while it has its comforts, there are a few drawbacks to consider. The accommodations are decent if you're only staying for a night or two, but I wouldn't recommend it for longer stays.
One major issue was the air conditioning – it simply wasn't cold enough, which was especially uncomfortable during the summer heat. If you plan to visit during warmer months, I suggest looking at other options or ensuring you have a room with better cooling.
Overall, the inn has a cozy vibe, but the lack of sufficient cooling and some other minor inconveniences make it hard to give a higher rating. Consider your needs carefully before booking.
JJohn MoreyThe location is very good being within a short walk from several shopping centers and malls. The staff was very friendly and courteous.
Very few parking spaces. Shower had a water heater that didn't function. I ordered the breakfast and of the four people in my group, not one was pleased with the meal. Bacon was badly burned. Eggs were asked to be soft yoked and we're fried almost to a crisp. Totally couldn't eat my breakfast.
NNicethorThe location of the hotel is good and convenient for exploring the area. However, there were only a few parking spaces available, which made it a bit challenging. The room was quite small and felt a bit cramped. Unfortunately, the breakfast didn’t meet my expectations—it lacked variety and quality. Additionally, I noticed some damages in the bathroom, particularly the bathtub, which could use repairs. Overall, the stay was okay, but there’s definitely room for improvement..
