"The hotel is in a good environment, just beside Lake Geneva, walking across a bridge, across from a commercial street, LV and other brand stores are here. The hotel didn't have breakfast. I asked for 20 Swiss francs. I have to say that the price of Switzerland is the highest in Europe."
"The patient answers from the front desk staff make tourists relax! The nostalgic little elevator is very safe and can accommodate one or two people at a time! The room is warmly decorated and the mattress is very comfortable to sleep on! Breakfast is rich and fresh! Every day, several handsome waiters are busy working diligently, with slightly serious expressions, but very dedicated!"
"Perfect in every way. Especially the welcome
Just a little warm in the room. But everything went very well. I recommend"

"The best hotel I've stayed in Switzerland, the service staff are very friendly, the room facilities are also very good, and there is a turndown service! The main location is also very good, there is a bus stop at the door of the hotel, and it is only a few minutes' walk from the train station. The subsequent hotels in Interlaken and Zurich at this price cannot compare with this one, I really recommend it!"
"The breakfast is simple, typical Geneva style. The surrounding is very quiet and the rest is very good. I stayed for 5 days and the house was cleaned very well every day. Taxis are too expensive, but Geneva is not big and it is very convenient to take the free bus and tram, and you can go anywhere."
"The hotel is very clean and should be newly renovated. Surrealist portrait sculptures in the corridor are a bit scary, and every time you go in and out, you always feel like someone is standing there. The location is also very good, the bridge is the famous street. Next to the hotel is STARBUCKS. Check-in requires 2 single beds, although they are put together, it does not affect the use. There is a free apple every day at the front desk and bananas and oranges on the second floor. The only shortcoming is that the towel that was brought in was taken away by HOUSEKEEPING, and I went to the front desk to complain. I just apologized and said that I would return it to me the next day. I didn’t return it to me when I left the store. The casual, large strips of Europeans can be seen at this time."
"Hotel location is very good, out of the train station, but not noisy, the nearby bus is also very convenient, walk to the big fountain for 20 minutes, there are several Chinese restaurants nearby, a little expensive but the taste is not bad, the quality of the bed is general but still clean, air conditioning, and air conditioning is very powerful, Breakfast 15 Swiss francs is fair"
"Very good hotel worth recommending, the receptionist who received us is a little sister with Asian appearance, very polite to speak Mandarin , and upgraded our room. It is very convenient to open the door by e-mail key according to the elevator. It is a few minutes away from the train station. The nearby supermarkets are not small, the Spanish restaurant in the hotel should not be missed, the taste is very good, but remember to book early!"
"The most comfortable hotel on this trip, the front desk originally said that it could be upgraded by 145 Euros. Later, I thought that the original room was also good, but I did n’t upgrade. The bathroom and bedroom are large, and the service is attentive and meticulous, especially for breakfast. We ordered all the dishes, all of which are above the standard level. They are particularly delicious, and they are exquisite. Highly recommended!"

Very Good
GGuest UserVery convenient, very convenient to the city and the airport. The service is also very good. The only thing I don't understand is that many hotels in Europe only have half of the shower door, but this one doesn't even have half, hahaha, taking a shower can soak the entire bathroom floor
GGuest UserThe room was very clean and quiet, there are plenty restaurants and convenient shops nearby and it is pretty close to the airport. Besides, it has sauna and gym for guest to use for free. Good stay experience in general!
DDenisePros: clean, value for money (I paid 85 Euro a nite with BF and taxes), almost sound-proof rooms, close to the airport and about 15 mins on trams to Geneva city centre. Nice breakfast - cereal/ cheese of course/ cold cuts and fried eggs. Free bus No.28 from the airport which has a stop near the hotel (u need to show you have a confirmed room booking).
Cons- no electric kettle/ no cups in room , so I need to bring a bottle to get hot water from the ground floor cafe. This is ok to me, overall nice stay.
EEdemonQWe had the balcony room but is only assesible via a spiral stair case... Very hard for lots of luggages, sound proofing is not good as well ammenities are goo as expected if apart hotel ( micro wave, fridge ,stove etc)
IImranGood decent hotel, but little hard to find the main entrance as it’s too inside the road side.
Well maintained amenities and friendly staff,
Room size not so spacious,
Cleanliness is good.
GGuest UserLake view room in Geneva, 15 minutes away from Geneva train station, with direct trains to the train station and airport. The hotel provides train tickets during the stay. There is a large supermarket downstairs, and it is a short distance from Leman International School. The picture is the real view outside the window.
GGuest UserThe service staff were very enthusiastic, so enthusiastic that they helped me fold the clothes that were thrown around and put them in the box 😂
The room was also very clean, and the sheets were changed every day.
The breakfast was pretty good. Although it didn't change, I didn't feel sick of it after eating it for 9 days.
Some room types have coffee machines but no kettles, and some have kettles but no coffee machines.
You can take bus No. 15 to the city and the United Nations, and it's a 5-minute walk to the lake, which is quite convenient
BBee HoonI wanted to express my heartfelt gratitude to the front desk reception Alan Gorfinkel for his exceptional assistance during our recent stay at your hotel. We were struggling to arrange transportation to the airport, and he went above and beyond to help us secure a car. Great staff !
KKamalathaI went a day earlier to confirm my stay with the hotel. They couldn't find my booking. I showed them my confirmation on my phone. I was told that they can see my confirmation number but no payment was made by trip.com. They assured me that such has happened before and told me to be on the safe guard book another room as a standby. They assured me that they will not swipe my card until matter is resolved. That assurance made me check in. I kept coming to the front office every now and then and I was told it was resolved. Only on the last night I was told that by Trip.com of the error in the address. In the meantime the hotel had swiped my card. Surprisingly they did not honour the feedbacks I gave to Hotel Montana Geneve and Hotel Montana Zurich. There was no email to apologise for the oversight and delay in handling. I went to the hotel one day earlier to check, they could have attended to it and not confidently putting the blame on trip.com since there has been previous incidents where [ayment was not received.
I thought Hotel Montana group could have handled this matter better. Quite disappointing.
