"The first house we checked in was newer and bigger. Facilities n everything was working perfectly. But the 2nd house we checked in again couple of days later was older and facilities not as goog as the 1st house. The heaters are not working, missing this and tha(a pot without a lid, tea pot, WiFi is weaker n unstable...... ) Location is further from CBD but a supermarket nearby. But the reception lady is very nice"

"The garden of this hotel is spectacular. Breakfast is cooked to order. It tastes good and is exquisite in appearance. Although I read the reviews and received rave reviews, I have some opinions. It may be that they have different concerns. The overall feeling of the carriage suite I booked was not good. The platform stated that the room type is 108 square meters. I don’t know what the standard is. The overall internal space is very cramped. The two rooms upstairs are also small, with only one bed. The bathroom, kitchen, laundry room and living room downstairs are very full. There is basically no place to put luggage. The sanitary conditions are average. There is still plastic paper in the washing machine and the seals are not there. It was moldy and the dryer door was full of black hair balls, indicating that the hotel did not clean the washer and dryer after the previous guest left."

"The room was still very clean. Although a little old, the room was small and compact, and felt comfortable. The girls at the front desk were beautiful and enthusiastic. I didn't speak English very well, but they served patiently and the communication was interesting and happy. The hotel is surrounded by beautiful environment and very quiet streets. Except for the loud sound of motor vehicles outside the window in the early morning, everything else was very good. The transportation was also convenient. It was more than ten minutes' walk from the city center. It was a pleasant stay! If I come next time, I hope to stay here again."

"The old couple, Jeff & Julie, was very polite and knew that when I first came to Hobart, I took a map and introduced the surrounding environment and how to get to the main attractions. The hotel layout is very British and exquisite. One person has set a minimum room and is enough. Two people may need to be bigger."

"The location of the Hotel is in the heart of the CBD and shopping mall is located downstairs, easily to get some essentials from the Woollies . The service is great for the restaurant and the lobby. It would be great if the checkout time is 11 am ."

"It is a hotel with Chinese service. It is unattractive but the room facilities are quite complete. It is not a problem to cook by yourself. There is a Malay food stall downstairs in the hotel, which tastes good."
