"small, fine hotel
Toiletries are L'Occitane. The towels are also very thick and soft.
The environment is good, and the transportation is within walking distance to the light train station
There are exquisite small houses nearby, as if in a small town in Europe
The view of the city from the window
The chef is also a person with a story, but it is a pity that there is no chance to eat his food this time"

"Take note: All rooms named standard queen room are without windows regardless labelled with or without window. False advertisement on trip.com.
Very clean and comfortable stay. Was attended by Julie when checking in, she was very helpful and was able to address our concerns about airport transfers and luggage storage. Water pressure was good too. The only downside is the centralized air conditioning which can’t be controlled or switched off. It was too cold in my room and too warm in my parents’ room. Location was good too, about 10-15 mins walk to central station."

"It's just an ordinary suite with good sanitation. It's a bit noisy near the roadside, you need to pay extra for parking, and you can only park at the church opposite, it's best to reserve a parking space."
"Staff was mostly friendly, when asked if me and my friend could be on the same floor they said if they had room for it and there was so changed my room. Most of the staff was friendly (have to say, the female staff was more friendly than the male). When I called for a WiFi issue the male front desk responded and he sounded very annoyed and condescending so that was unpleasant.
I’m not sure if this is a reoccurring problem but I put my sign out for room refreshing but when I came back the sign was flipped but the room wasn’t cleaned, perhaps someone messed with my sign?? I’m not sure..
Lastly, make sure you have your stuff downloaded or have plenty of data, this hotel says it has free WiFi (spoiler it doesn’t work!! It’s not even slow it just doesn’t work..)
But the roots were super clean and first glance was quite luxurious (with a few cracks in quality)"
"Facilities: The room is spacious and the bathroom is spacious. Most rooms are not carpeted, which I personally prefer. There is a washing machine and dryer in the room. Disposable shower gel, toothbrush and slippers are not provided.
Hygiene: Overall it is OK. It should be noted that if someone needs to clean the room, the sign should be hung on the door handle outside the door.
Environment: It feels very convenient to go anywhere. It is not very noisy at night.
Service: Storage service is provided"
"The location is close to the light rail station,
A small old-style hotel full of character
But please note that since it is an old-style small hotel, there is no elevator.
There is no reception either, guests need to check in at the bistro next to the entrance.
The design of the room retains some of the old-style decoration, giving it a pastoral and rural feel without being too shabby.
The room has an independent bathroom. The bathroom environment is clean and tidy. The overall stay experience is comfortable and has an old-fashioned feel.
Although the small bar next to the entrance is very unique, it is a bit intimidating because of its small size.
The friends in the bar were very enthusiastic, which made me deeply feel the warmth and welcome of Australians.
The location is close to a light rail station,
a quaint, old-style small inn.
However, be mindful that as an old-style inn, there is no elevator.
There is also no reception desk; guests need to check in at the small tavern next to the entrance.
The rooms maintain some old-style decorations, providing a rustic and pastoral feel without being too run-down.
Each room has a private bathroom, which is clean, and overall the stay is comfortable with an old-world charm.
However, the small tavern by the entrance, although quite distinctive, was found to have small cockroaches, which was off-putting.
The friends at the bar are very warm, making me deeply feel the enthusiasm and nature of Australians."
"Great price and location close to Haymarket and Darling Harbour area. Easy walking distance took us less then 10mins to Chinatown. Hotel was beautifully appointed, bed very comfy and clean. Breakfast included scrambled eggs, bacon, baked beans, toast, cereal, fruit, yoghurt and pastries. OJ, Tea and instant coffee. Perfect!
Parking was a 1 minute walk away and $25 for 24 hours over the weekend with plenty of spaces available - not sure if its more on weekdays.
Would definitely book again."
"Will recommend this hotel to friends who can enjoy city walks. It's located in a quiet and peaceful residence, very close to the UTS. Chinatown, Hay's Market, ICC theater, Darling Harbour and the central station are all within 1km walking distance.
If take the light rail train from Hey's market, the most famous interested places in the city can be reached easily.
Room is clean and big, with a balcony surrounded by trees. The staff are all friendly and helpful!"
