"Ordinary motel, the facilities are a bit old, there is a distance from the beach, it is estimated to take about 20 minutes to walk. The key is that there is always a damp and moldy smell in the room, and it is the same if you change a room. It is estimated to be a common phenomenon. A month in Australia, is the most uncomfortable hostel in Melbourne and Adelaide. Not recommended."

"I had a really great stay at this hotel. The room was spacious, very clean, and well-maintained. The air conditioning system worked perfectly, which made the stay very comfortable. One of the highlights was the heated swimming pool — a really nice touch that added to the experience. What stood out the most, though, was the service. The lady at the reception was incredibly kind, professional, and welcoming. Her attitude made a big difference and left a very positive impression. Overall, I truly enjoyed my stay and would definitely recommend this hotel to others. I’d be happy to come back again."

"Pros: Nice and comfortable. Very clean. Bed very comfy with good linen. Location is good - short walk to marina and good restaurants. Bathroom toiletries are lovely. Cons: Privacy - Some sheer curtains would assist with privacy from building opposite, carpark and street. Stairs to upper level if you have mobility or pain. Arrive early if you want a car park. Overall though, a good stay."

"Comfortable, air-conditioning worked well. Clean. Pretty basic no toaster. Rooms Ageing, mainly the bathroom. Convenient location reasonably priced. Main light didn't work. Felt secure. Grateful on ground level, no stairs. "

"A great central location. Very comfortable. My only complaint is that there is no light in the external staircase next to the linen store room. It’s dangerous if you come home after dark as you can’t see the stairs. Otherwise, a neat and tidy hotel . Thanks "

"Hotel location is very good, very convenient, 5 minutes walk from the beach, room hygiene needs to be improved, especially the wall of the bathroom shower room, the gap is all black mold, kitchen drawers and countertops have oil"

"I booked ocean view room but they gave me park view room.. which is two level down-graded. Apparently, it was Trip.com’s fault. So they gave me some trip coins as compensation. Be aware if the same room price is cheaper on Trip.com than other booking app, it could be a false advertisement. Other than that, it was overall alright."

"Facilities: Not bad, average Hygiene: Not bad Environment: OK Service: OK If the front desk is not 24 hours, you must pay attention to the latest check-in time. It's all OK. No major flaws. The price is also reasonable."

"Very nice place to stay. Great location etc. My only criticiscm is the tv is fixed to the wall nownere near the beds, so you cant watch tv in bed, and, the double couch was just too small and cheap an uncomfortable frankly. Definitely in need much better bigger comfy couches in the rooms."

"Hotel is only a month old when we stayed, it still had that formaldehyde smell if you are concerned. We got a free upgrade to supreme king. There was some markings on the bedding being a new hotel, but it was comfortable with a balcony. Remember to inform reception before 9am if you want housekeeping, which is a bit early for a beach side hotel. The major concern was noise. It does get very noisy at night with the balcony glass not being double glaszed. There is also free parking after 5pm if you are able to find a spot."
