Waiting for Check in, a large cup of freshly squeezed orange juice was delivered. The room facilities were also very modern. The first time the toilet was equipped with washlet. When I came back from a trip, the room sent a plate of ginkgo, cheese and ham dings and biscuits to replenish energy. Going out to eat everywhere, especially the seafood restaurant recommended by the hotel, can actually enjoy the cheap Tapas. Breakfast is ordered according to the menu, very delicious. The only downside is that there is no body lotion in the room, and the local area is very dry, but after telling the front desk, a small bottle of L'Occitane body lotion - shampoo and other toiletries are L'Occitane.

My husband and I went to this hotel during our honeymoon. It looked great online, with 5 star ratings. On our first night there, we had no hot water. There is a rainfall shower and a shower attachment in the bathtub. We spent the whole day outside and were looking forward to a shower. The water was cold int he rainfall shower and barely lukewarm in the bathtub. We called the front desk, and a man came by and said our options were either cold showers tonight or to shower in the spa. The next night, we requested a different room in which the showers were hot. We were then told it was a problem in the whole hotel and they were trying to find us a room. They gave us a handicap accessible room, which would have been fine except the toilet was in the shower. We requested a different room, and the hotel agent confirmed the water would be warm. I was very excited to have a shower, and I had 2 minutes of lukewarm water and then it was cold again. Granada was already wet and chilly, and this really dampened our stay. No refund or discount was offered. I didn’t have a warm shower the whole time I was there, which for a 5 star hotel is ridiculous.

Stayed on honeymoon. All aspects were great and the staff are very friendly. The location, service and facilities were all a great experience. Also the Alhambra Palace from the hotel rooftop bar was very nice too. If you have anything to come to Granada next time, this is the hotel you want to stay again.

I’m sorry to deduct stars for this hotel as there is much about it to enjoy and we did. The concierge was very helpful, the rooms clean and comfortable and it’s a great location for the city but ……. 1. Having a roof top bar is an asset. We were encouraged by the reception staff to visit it as it has stunning views. I asked if you had to book and was told no, open from 7. It does have stunning views as we discovered when we went up there but it was closed on Monday and Tuesday! Why? It’s peak tourist season and we were encouraged to go up there ! Very disappointing. 2. The breakfast buffet was good but there was only one person clearing and laying tables and making sure supplies were replenished. There were queues for bread, juice , bacon and eggs. It was 9am. Shame as it’s a great location .

Stayed here recently for 2 nights and found it to be perfectly adequate for our needs. Rooms are clean and very comfortable. Hotel is a short walk to the metro stop to get to the bus station and 10 minutes into central Granada. Staff were very pleasant and friendly. My only issue was that we heard lots of noise from people drinking in the streets as there is a bar just next door, but this was not the hotel's fault. I would stay again, but bring earplugs :)

The location of Room Mate Leo is practically unbeatable. Right in the center of town with major things easily accessible. But it was also a few streets down from major tourist attractions, so you won't get stuck in tourist traps. The distances between attractions and the hotel are easily walkable. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful and gave great recommendations. The rooms are very clean and nice. I loved that the whole thing is eco-friendly. The rooms were a little small, but still nice. We were traveling as a family so we needed connecting rooms. Unfortunately Room Mate Leo doesn't have them. But still, they will gave almost connecting rooms, except the main door did not lock. It was not such a big problem for us because our kids are a little bit older. Also the heater in the other room didn't work, so that was a big problem, because it was very hot when we traveled. To their credit, they offered to moved us to a different room, so they solved the problem. Overall, excellent!

Great location, minutes walk to the lively narrow streets with bars and restaurants, so good base. About a twenty five minute stroll to the Alhambra and the tourist train can be caught at the end of the street. Extremely friendly and helpful staff, rooms very clean, comfortable and all the basics available including wifi. ( The only thing we would have liked was a small safe as we had passports etc with us) in terms of value for money, excellent! Only downside was difficult to reach by car and car parking not easy. However staff were very helpful in explaining where we needed to go and we parked our vehicle about 200m away in a multi-storey. 52€ for 4 days, with a discount when the ticket was stamped by the hotel. Be warned, it was however the tightest car park we’ve ever experienced so tricky with a larger car, overall would highly recommend this hotel, thank you for making our stay so pleasant.

There is a white parking line next to you for free parking. The blue line should be filled with coins in the payment machine to choose the parking time. The maximum parking time is 2 hours. The payment voucher is placed under the front stall. Note that parking here needs to be purchased in advance for a maximum of 2 hours. It is said that you will come out for coins in 2 hours, and you will park for free after 7 o'clock until 9 o'clock the next morning. You need to tell the front desk the license plate number when you check in. They will register the license plate or the vehicle will not be able to enter the residential area. I took a ticket for 57 euros. This ticket will be delivered to the registered address of the car. If it is rented, the car rental company will deduct it from your credit card guarantee. The hotel needs to swipe the card to find the parking space at night. It is not recommended to drive out. After leaving the hotel, turn right and go straight until you reach the Alhambra Palace. It takes half an hour to walk but climbs. It’s nice to walk all the way to the west

That was going above and beyond- excellent customer service. The room itself was very large with a queen sized bed, wardrobes, writing desk, bedside tables, safe, trouser press, mini bar (it was empty but you could keep your own items in there if you wished) The ensuite bathroom was modern and pristine. The entire hotel was pristine. The 6th floor has a cafeteria where you can buy breakfast for a very reasonable rate. We had fresh coffee and the most amazing croissants. We paid so little for our room. I was very impressed and would have no problem in recommending the hotel to others.

A great hotel, nothing fancy but very clean and very friendly and helpful staff, This hotel is located in the heart of the city so you are within easy walking distance of all the bars,restaurants and visitor attractions but not noisy at night. I would recommend this hotel to anyone looking for good accomodation at a great price . The closet car park is Parking La Paz which is a couple of minutes walk away. My advice would be to park first and walk to the hotel as many of the streets are pedestrianised or one way .

My family and I stayed here for three nights and loved the hotel. The location was perfect and we were able to walk to all places of interest. We were even able to walk to the market. The room was clean and spacious. The kitchen, while small, had the basics needed. The pool was very very cold but with the heat it was needed. However, you couldn’t stay in there more than 5 minutes without getting cold. The parking is a bit of a pain. If you have a larger car you won’t be able to use their garage as there is a weight limit for the car to go down the lift. Other than the annoying parking situation, I couldn’t recommend this hotel any more. We will most definitely be back.
