We want to be always respectful of our neighbors. All guest not staying the night must be off the property by 9:00 PM.Guests have use of the pool house, fenced in yard areas and driveway. Only paying preapproved guests are allowed on the property. The booking rate is based on Double occupancy per night two persons. Our daily rates are based on Double Occupancy (2 persons) with a $10 person per night charge for each additional guest up to 3 additional, (total of five). You can have another 5 guests for $30 per person per night, no beds or linens are provided for such guest (can bring a tent). We are perfectly happy having people pop by to pick you up, but if they are staying, using the pool, or lodging beyond the space available or paid for we are happy to help you find other lodging nearby to help you spend time with your family and friends. There is a $10 per person/per day fee to have additional guests who are not staying over to use the pool and backyard. The maximum people allowed on the property is 30. All overnight guests must be approved in advance through the booking process and are subject to an additional fee as noted in the price ($10/$30 per person/per night) paid for before check-in. This must be done no later than 24 hours prior to check-in and paid for at that time. Failure to do this is a violation of our House Rules; no entry/no refund if you violate the rules.
