Providing a great online customer service while having the e enquiries before checking in. Hotel room with the extraordinary view facing Jungfrau which highly maximize the experience during stay. However, the location of the hotel is quite up on the hill. Guests with large luggage like me may feel inconvenience.

房間比較細，而且要行樓梯，但整體都滿意，打開路台景色非常靚，雖然位置比較高而且要上山，源路上山好斜，需要一定既體力，但可以望到依個景觀係非常值得。

직원분들이 매우 친절하시고 영어를 잘 못알아들어도 천천히 해주셔서 알아듣기쉽게해주셔요! 무엇보다 뷰가 너무 아름다워서 의자에앉아서 멍때리면 시간 금방가더군요 이미 뷰하나만으로 모든게다 만족되네요 ㅎㅎ
