I must say that the overall service quality and the cleanliness of the room was outstanding… as I was travelling with my wife & daughter, the front desk staff ( named Yan) was very thoughtful and attentive. I requested for a rope for my daughter and Ms Yan also brought me baby slippers & toothbrush which was a pleasant surprise… I would surely book this place again for my upcoming trip to Guangzhou later this year

Got an upgrade in parent/child room on 35th floor It looked fully renovated, fresh scent and carpet smell. My room was very big and clean and looked like I was the first one to use it. It had that fresh smell They could change the breakfast times to times and add more options for halal/muslims customers. Overall they have a lot of options in breakfast too Cleaning was spot on and location is very near to all restaurants and shops. Multiple Canton Fair shuttle a day to pick you up and drop you back to hotel Swimming and gym was also very nice I would use it again for sure but only if it’s 35th floor and above

Front Desk staff is top service, housekeeping lady that clean my room, thank you so much for the hand writing note.Concierge staff, doesn’t feel like helping traveller like us. I want to thank front desk for helping me and assisting on my request. Here are the major negative thing that i personally feel 1. Centralized A/C which is too hot even though i have switch to the lowest degree with cool high air. 2. Window too dusty as i was told to open the window if is too hot and stuffy 3. Shower top needs to change as the rubber tip turn brownish and water shooting from different direction 4. Breakfast expenses need to pay on the spot and not able to settle upon departure 5. Lift is alittle scary to me even though is safe. The lift have not completely stop and the door open. Overall, staffs is good but hotel is kinda old.

Great hotel, really good quality price ratio. Very conveniently located close to Yuexiu Park and the metro station for Line 2. Close to Guangzhou Train Station South. Great buffet breakfast at the Veranda Cafe. And if you're in the mood for fast food there is a Burger King, Starbucks and a Domino's in the same block. I will book this hotel again if I'm back on GZ.

It was very considerate. The hotel has a great location and the decoration is elegant and dignified. We are traveling. The station in front of the hotel is connected in all directions. We can reach many famous attractions without even needing a subway. The room is designed according to the specifications of a hotel apartment, and is equipped with a washing machine, microwave oven, dishwasher, kettle, and coffee machine. I live in a suite, and the washing machine has a drying function. In Guangzhou, which is hot and hot, it is very convenient for me, who has to wash and dry clothes every day. The hairdryer is from Dyson, and the room is thoughtfully equipped with electric mosquito coils and a steam ironing machine. You can feel that the staff want to make guests feel at home. There are plenty of USB charging sockets in the room, which is convenient and user-friendly. There is PILLOW MENU where you can choose the pillow that suits you. Located in the old building and behind is the shantytown, the rhythm of the surrounding village. 3. The hotel is still under renovation, and the elevator and some public areas still need to be improved. 4. The guest rooms are clean and tidy, comfortable and well lit. Modern and simple design, convenient and smooth. 5. The rooms are relatively spacious and simple, giving a sense of space. 6. The front of the room is full of glass windows, the lighting is better, there are windows on the right side of the house, and there is a small table. 6. Greatly enjoyed my stay at both Hampton by Hiltons I stayed at in Guangzhou (the other was the sports center one). This one had a big leg up, over most Asian hotels actually, which is that the air conditioning was on! It was nice to sleep in a cool 18C :) The staff here was wonderful, for example immediately after I checked out I asked if there was a microwave to heat a leftover burger I had. I was taken to the restaurant and the desk staff heated the burger and allowed me to dine in the restaurant area while it was closed. This was greatly appreciated. Like the other Hampton hotel it seems quite new, has a very innovative light switch setup that I love, and the bed is very comfortable. I highly recommend it. Location is a touch far from the metro but manageable and taxis are plentiful, walkable to nice areas including the amazing sculpture park and its attached parks. Note the Google maps location for the hotel is wrong, it's located in the large open space directly northeast of the Ziyuan Comprehensive Market shown on the attached screenshot. Enjoy!
