整體講，周邊交通方便，近紀念堂地鐵站，附近有公交車，旅遊景點易達到。屋內環境光亮，發現發黴的牆和變銹的廁所，好在沒有異味。有大牌孑的洗衣機已封上厚厚的塵，沒有膽量使用。我個人覺得不會是5星評價

交通便利，距離2號線紀念堂地鐵D口很近，步行不會超過10分鐘。距離北京路步行很近。地鐵2號線直達廣州南站。
房間户型很好，兩個卧室都在樓上，其中一個還是獨立卧室，隔音好。一個雙人床，一個單人床，睡四、五個人沒有問題。
樓下客廳和廚房、衞生間，娛樂、吃飯、洗澡都不會影響樓上的人休息。
每天保潔大姐都會來打掃，很乾凈。免費提供洗漱用品、毛巾、浴巾、衞生紙、礦泉水。
有冰箱、微波爐、電磁爐、燒水壺、洗衣機帶烘乾、吹風機、電視機，中央空調。網絡也好用。很適合一家人旅行居住。
樓下一條街很熱鬧，有超市、葯店、菜市場、水果店、燒臘點、炒貨店、小餐館。
提前預訂的話，房價性價比還是很高的。
唯一不太方便的地方是，去之前如果有問題諮詢，衹能打電話，攜程上留言都沒有人回覆的。

✨[進入房間第一眼] 和圖片描述一樣，很温馨舒適。
🙋[對於房東，我想説] 回覆很及時，衹是訂好房後，入住前再問問題就不回覆了。不過也沒有特別要緊的事。
💡[民宿給我的小驚喜] 超出預期，總體住了幾晚都很舒心，沒住夠的感覺。
📍[對於周邊的便利度，我要説] 吃飯的地方很多，地鐵也很近，離紀念堂，越秀公園，南越漢墓很近，步行可達。
🛏[房屋設施我一定要提] 家電西門子，用着很好，特別誇讚洗衣機，烘乾一體。洗衣服太方便了。
🏖[入住期間我去過的景點有] 廣州景點走了一遍。
推薦入住。

挺推薦這家民宿的，地理位置優越，地鐵2號線紀念堂站D1出口步行約5分鐘即可到達。服務枱的小姐姐們也很熱情周到，大廈有24H保安門禁，安全性不錯。Loft房型適合3～4人居住，每天打掃得也很乾凈。帶着霸霸麻麻的廣州之行順利圓滿的結束了，想去的景點、想吃的美味也都打卡完畢，很開心的一趟旅程。

📍[對於周邊的便利度，我要説]還不錯，就是打車容易打到酒店入口背面，第一次定這家酒店的有點不容易找，周邊水果飯店都有。
🛏[房屋設施]洗衣機是洗衣機和烘乾機一體化的，非常方便！這個好評。

入口位置不仔細看還不一定能發現，內部環境還可以，算是比較乾淨的，就是電視櫃下面有一些灰塵，不過不影響居住，整體來説還可以。唯一美中不足的是洗了衣服沒有地方可以曬，衹能掛在衞生間開空調吹乾，希望店家以後增加一個晾衣架可以掛衣服。

預訂顯示成功，聯繫酒店問如何入住，竟然跟我説查不到訂單，然後聯繫了攜程客服，攜程客服説訂單顯示正常，幫我聯繫酒店。
結果攜程客服説聯繫不上酒店，但與此同時酒店又突然聯繫我説查到訂單了。要是心裏沒鬼怎麼會不和攜程聯繫，然後突然解決問題？我尋思查一個訂單有那麼難嗎？
窗户隔音很差，周邊道路非常吵。
