This family booked a Japanese-style courtyard king-size bed room through a travel agency on Children's Day on June 1. The first stay was good, so we immediately ordered a room on Saturday, June 8, through Ctrip. The front desk manager also expressed his gratitude and agreed to upgrade my room on June 8 to a duplex king-size bed room, hoping to get good reviews.

4. The body lotion is still not placed on the washstand. This has been reported on the first check-in on 6/1. When the guest wants to apply the body lotion after taking a shower, he has to contact the housekeeper to deliver it. May I ask if the guest has to put on clothes to wait for your body lotion, and has to take off clothes again before applying it? ! It is completely against the management thinking from the customer's perspective, and the opinions of the first stay on June 1 are completely ignored. The demands of the guests who continued to stay for the next week are not taken seriously. The basic preference labels of repeat customers cannot be achieved, which is completely inconsistent with the management quality of a boutique homestay priced at 2000/night.
5. The coffee machine at breakfast uses a paper cup that is not hard enough to support 100° boiling water to hold coffee (as shown in the picture). It is really low. Can this cost be saved? Is it okay to use ceramic cups all season?
I stayed in this homestay for the first time on June 1 and stayed again on June 8. I was surprised at the first time and seriously disappointed with this homestay. I think it is a pity.
In today's market, especially in this consumption environment this year, for boutique homestays priced at 2000/night, please keep the management level above a reasonable level. Sustainable prosperity is inseparable from word of mouth. It is really unsustainable to treat repeat customers who have stayed for two consecutive weeks at this level.
