The service of the homestay is good and in place, basically meeting additional needs. They actively asked if they needed to replenish supplies. On the basis of the original 4 bottles of Evian water, 6 bottles of water were replenished. Although it was only Nongfu Spring, I was very satisfied. There was no damp feeling in the room because the housekeeper helped to turn on the air conditioner. The room was so big that it could accommodate 8 people, not to mention 4 people. The downside was that there was only one bathroom and the sewer had a bit of odor; the duplex stairs were steep, which was a bit dangerous for the elders, parents and children. It is recommended that the room be equipped with 1-2 more quilts, and the minibar in the double room had so many drinks and snacks, but the same was true for the 4-person room. It is recommended to replenish the same number of people. The starry sky bar and the large lawn are the most attractive. You can drink Italian and lemon tea for free. There are also discounts on beans for sale. Buy two and get one free. I tried to buy two and hope to be amazed. The big lawn is full of water and mud because of the rain, but it didn't stop me and my children from exploring. The two hot springs are also good. The book bar is a place with a strong sense of cultural atmosphere, but it feels a bit wasteful. You can use one floor as an indoor children's playground for children to play. Although there are swings and a large lawn outdoors, you can't play much in the rain or sun. The food and beverages in the B&B are good, the price is reasonable, and the complimentary breakfast is also good. Although there are not many styles, the taste is okay. If you want to find faults, it is the swimming pool. There is a swimming pool right after you come out of the gym. There is no barrier, which is a bit dangerous for children. Although parental supervision is important, safety awareness of B&Bs is still necessary. In general, there are more than 85 points, and there is still a cinema that I didn't go to, and the Meipai that I booked didn't use it. I hope the owner of this popular B&B can read this review seriously. This family booked a Japanese-style courtyard king-size bed room through a travel agency on Children's Day on June 1. The first stay was good, so we immediately ordered a room on Saturday, June 8, through Ctrip. The front desk manager also expressed his gratitude and agreed to upgrade my room on June 8 to a duplex king-size bed room, hoping to get good reviews. I came to stay for the second consecutive week with a happy mood, but it was the Dragon Boat Festival holiday, and the peak season completely exposed the management deficiencies of this popular B&B priced at 2,000 yuan/night: 1. It was raining heavily that day, and there was a distance between the entrance of the B&B and the lobby. On June 1, the first stay, there was a receptionist to help carry the luggage and hold an umbrella. On June 8, the entrance was completely self-service! It was raining heavily and I cleaned and moved the luggage to the second-floor lobby by myself! ~ The receptionist is the first impression of the guest on the B&B. Such an important link can be ignored. Obviously, they are busy preparing for the Dragon Boat Festival parent-child activities. The management can be seen without distinguishing the importance. #! And: If the guest has poor service, please don't just apologize and express that you are busy with the room check-in! These problems should be solved by the B&B when setting the room rate. Guests do not need to pay a higher price in the peak season to receive a lower level of service! 2. Entering the so-called upgraded duplex king-size bed room, I felt like a bolt from the blue! In addition to the bamboo forest view outside the window, the hard and soft furnishings of this room are the visual configuration of an all-season superior room. The tatami and sofa are so hard that you can't sit still. The height difference between the sofa and the coffee table can make people feel uncomfortable in the lumbar spine. The B&B basically ignores the dissatisfaction with the room and does not take any measures to calm the guests' emotions. 3. When I entered the shower room to take a shower, I completely collapsed. The glass door of the shower room could not be closed at all, and the door was broken! (See picture) This is a B&B that costs 2,000 per night. There is no strict inspection of the room's intact use status before delivery! 4. The body lotion is still not placed on the washstand. This has been reported on the first check-in on 6/1. When the guest wants to apply the body lotion after taking a shower, he has to contact the housekeeper to deliver it. May I ask if the guest has to put on clothes to wait for your body lotion, and has to take off clothes again before applying it? ! It is completely against the management thinking from the customer's perspective, and the opinions of the first stay on June 1 are completely ignored. The demands of the guests who continued to stay for the next week are not taken seriously. The basic preference labels of repeat customers cannot be achieved, which is completely inconsistent with the management quality of a boutique homestay priced at 2000/night. 5. The coffee machine at breakfast uses a paper cup that is not hard enough to support 100° boiling water to hold coffee (as shown in the picture). It is really low. Can this cost be saved? Is it okay to use ceramic cups all season? I stayed in this homestay for the first time on June 1 and stayed again on June 8. I was surprised at the first time and seriously disappointed with this homestay. I think it is a pity. In today's market, especially in this consumption environment this year, for boutique homestays priced at 2000/night, please keep the management level above a reasonable level. Sustainable prosperity is inseparable from word of mouth. It is really unsustainable to treat repeat customers who have stayed for two consecutive weeks at this level. #! As a homestay with this price, please improve the basic configuration: 1. The room does not even provide capsule coffee machines and instant tea bags, which is really inappropriate. 2. There was no service staff or lifeguard at the swimming pool on the third floor, which was really inappropriate.

The room is very clean and the service staff is very enthusiastic. The whole homestay has a sense of retreat to the countryside, but it is also very modern, suitable for a vacation to relax. There are basically cinemas, KTV, cafes, small bars, gyms, swimming pools, hot spring pools, barbecue pits, book bars, tea rooms, etc., and it is also very pet-friendly.

It's a different experience to come here on weekdays. Parking is very convenient. It's very nice to meet up with three or five friends for drinks, hot springs, and walks. The housekeeper A Shui's attentive hospitality, environment, and service are very good~

I like it very much. It is the most satisfactory homestay I have ever stayed in. The food is delicious and fresh, and there are many choices. I also saw fireworks at night. Although it rained, there are still many things to do in the homestay. I like it! ! Happy! !

I have always said that I would bring my family here if I had the chance, and finally it came true. This is my fourth stay, and it feels more like coming to a familiar friend's house. Sushan in the rainy season is a different scene. You can see the hazy mountain scenery in the distance from the room, which I particularly like. Leisurely go to the starry sky bar to order a drink, take a nap and wake up to see the sika deer stepping on the lawn, and take a break after dinner at the hotel to take a bath. This is probably an ideal relaxing day. Sushan, stay in the mountains and enjoy the time. I also found that the staff has hardly changed since the opening, which is a plus (restaurant recommendation: sand ginger chicken pot, very delicious)

The room is spacious and bright, the architecture is very distinctive, and it is full of Zen. There are mountains behind, ancient trees and forests, a stream and a large lawn in front of the door, and a sika deer farm that children love. The staff are thoughtful, enthusiastic and meticulous. They took the initiative to deliver the luggage to the room and upgraded the room type. The coffee in the Starry Sky Bar on the fifth floor is delicious, and the scenery is beautiful. When you look up, you can see big trees and bamboo forests. It is truly a mountain resort, leisurely and comfortable.

The environment is quite refined like a homestay, with good hygiene and hardware facilities. There is a book bar, a coffee bar, a cinema, and a lawn for children to play outdoors and feed the deer. The restaurant's private dishes are also quite good. The hotel service staff are generally professional and respond to communication needs in a timely manner. It is nice to come here occasionally to relax and have fun on weekends.
