After being recommended by a friend in Guangzhou, I stayed at Atour. I didn't expect the experience to be so good. The service details were so in place. From the moment I entered the lobby, I could feel the hospitality of the hotel. The front desk greeted me with a smile and the details were quick. The room had all the toiletries, complete hardware facilities, fast hot water, comfortable shower, comfortable mattress, soft and comfortable pillow, and disposable slippers of good quality and comfortable to wear. The takeaway I ordered was delivered directly to the door by the robot at the front desk. The room delivery was convenient and fast. There was late-night porridge to drink at night. There was also a 24-hour self-service laundry room and gym. The room was clean and tidy without odor, and the sound insulation was good. I was given a small bottle of water when I left the store. When I saw it was raining outside, I was given an umbrella. It was very humane and worth recommending. I will stay at this hotel next time I come to Guangzhou!
