體驗感非常不好！房間的熱水還是壞的，衹能去別的房間洗碗，非常的不方便，第一：酒店在預訂的時候沒有被提前告知，去到酒店以後才被告知，因為不想折騰，就接受了。第二：去到房間以後才發現預訂的是複式的，去了根本不是一個房型，這個酒店也沒有告知！一系列行為，酒店沒有任何解釋，

總體上還是比較舒適的，出差住的一週，阿姨每天都會來打掃，客服也很熱情接待，服務態度也較好。樓下安保做的比較好，非入住的人員進入要登記，保障了入住安全。第三次入住這家酒店了，感覺很不錯。

環境優雅，服務周到，衞生乾淨整潔，酒店地理位置好，無論去展館還是商場都很方便，出行很方便。床墊很舒服，不硬不軟，很適合腰不好的我。下次會展繼續來住。

酒店的大堂位置很難找、前台接待人員好像沒有睡醒一副無精打采的樣子。房間裏面的垃圾桶、地面根本沒有打掃，比較臟。整體上服務、環境、設施很差連一般的街邊小店都不如，根本不值300-400元/晚！

環境衞生前台服務整體挺滿意，唯獨管理有點不到位，我們一次性定了6個房間，至少兩個房間丟東西了，幾片面膜和一大兜零食，雖説也值不了多少錢，但有這種事情發生也是無語，住了那麼多酒店，這種事還是第一次
